Time to buy?

Is this the bottom? It’s been lower, but that was before they got the funding deal with BCM.

Oh dear.

Still dropping, though most others in my portfolio have re-rated up this afternoon.

It’s always been a trading share, more so when investors loose confidence that management will deliver anything meaningful.

Take the ups and downs and you can make money on it still, but I for one am not holding out for a major re-rating. To do that they need to show meaningful progress on their spend in the last year - they haven’t had to scramble for cash, so should be well on the way to delivering on Bibemi and Mbe.

Hopefully they will share news soon, things seem to be slipping at the moment. We always are told to ‘look at the results’ - so let’s see some!

OilNovice, BCM signed a deal worth $8m in investment and another $1.5m in cash before Mr. Rosser joined the company.

They therefore should have no need to raise capital for the foreseeable future.

Great chance for success here, Caledonia have done a great job on this asset over the years.

Shouldn’t Rosser be displaying his abilities to run an exploration junior?

Financing shouldn’t be an issue at the moment, they have an $8m incoming investor and cash in the bank, so wouldn’t it be more important that Rosser can deliver on the exploration?

I get that the markets are in turmoil, but radio silence from BOD and Management isn’t helping.

They should be flagging the protection gold provides and promoting like crazy.

More big sells this morning.

News would be good, preferably positive on Mbe and the Bibemi MRE, but the market will take anything right now.

Another week to the Q&A, surely they have done something they can share with investors by now? It’s been months and they’ve been well funded compared to most, yet they’re just not seeming to make any progress.

Will they announce any Management or Board changes? Or are they content that they’re performing well for their shareholders?

Delays to the delivery of the Bibemi MRE are a concern, poor communication is always a problem in the junior sector.

Yes, Cameroon has huge potential, presume that’s why ORR went there in the first place back in 2018 when the previous CEO was looking at where to take the company to help it survive. That potential has been proven with the maiden MRE ant Bibemi and the identification of the CLP and the subsequent discoveries.

What the market hungers for is news flow. Drip feeding and delays from the company undermine trust. Especially as there’s no apparent financial barrier to advancement due to the BCM deals done previously.

They need to move faster, communicate more, and not miss or extend deadlines.

Newsflow would bring more confidence than just re-posting details of previous work.
