Whilst there may be no stopping gold, there seems to be plenty stopping ORR.

Are we waiting for yet another dead cat bounce on the back of other companies news and external factors like the gold price?

Or are the Management actually going to do something for once?

Great profit taking opportunity for those who do.

What will tomorrow bring? Another rise? Or a drop and a buyers market again?

It’s a good hole and has decent widths and grades.

But it’s a single hole.

The first out of 26 drilled at Mbe to have anything like a mineable width and grades suitable for developing in a new area.

Markets are cautious and they will be looking for ORR to show that they understand the system, but drilling additional wide & high grade hits, before they plunge in the deep end.

They’ll also be cautious as there is an obvious question over how ORR will continue to find its share of the work (to retain its equity position).

Profit takers will play the % game and sell at .3 to buy back at .25 or below in a week or so.

So yes, nice hits and good news for the north area, but keep your eyes on the prize and make sure you understand the other issues and risks which may influence value.

Many (Gold Geezer as an example) don’t understand how these deals are structured and how value is created.

GG you didn’t read the RNS.

It’s free carry up to the point that BCM have spent $4m.

At that point BCM own 50% and ORR has to contribute or dilute.

That means they have to pay their half or they give away equity to BCM.

They hit the 50% mark before Christmas, so ORR now have to pay their half.

If they don’t, then a 1% change in equity means BCM are the majority partner (51% against 49%) and as such they get to make all the decisions.

Oh, and don’t be so rude when you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about.

GoH, it’s the first decent thing they’ve delivered since they started drilling Mbe!

Still wondering what’s happening with their other licences, plus Senegal etc.

Markets will only react if they have repeat hits.

And they need to keep abreast of their pro-rata contributions, otherwise BCM will take control and then who knows?

Record gold highs, did ORR float, along with all the other gold stocks?

Is 2026 the year of ORR? Or is it 2027?

What’s happening with the sp at the moment, and what’s the next date for a significant news event?

Is the selling we are seeing because the next big milestone is months away (Q2 2026 Mbe North)?

Coyote, from what I understand the Lanstead deal was done in the midst of a crisis for the company?

The latest deal was done after they burned through nest on £10 m in a little over a year.

Buythose, look closely at the charts over last two years, since the BCM deal was announced. I showed the last few months as that’s all I had available to me at the moment.

Those puppy trades you talk about bring in 20 to 30% returns on a regular basis.

Does your bank give you those returns in a month? You’d be lucky to get 5% in a year.

I came in as I thought the company could fly, based on the BCM money coming in, tied to the potential of the whole license package.

As they’ve not been delivering anything like a significant growth, I’ve resorted to more regular trading, and those puppy’s keep delivering.

Do they seem a little desperate to you?

I can’t marry up their suggestions for spend against the actual amount they’re raising, especially when you see what they did (or rather, didn’t do) with the $8m BCM have put in during the last year.

Did they not put out a prospectus because they’d be held accountable for how the actually spend the ££££?
