Absolutely correct.

There is a lack of activity, a lack of engagement and no signals from BOD or management that indicate they’re likely to change direction anytime soon.

I’m very surprised anybody is buying at the moment, what’s the next news? Yet another tweak to Bibemi? More on the ongoing discussions around the senegal JV? Another disappointing hole from Mbe?

Bod rewarding themselves options based on historic success in doing a deal under previous CeO is a bit disingenuous.

Bod should be buying. Bay and Smeeeton included.

Hunniford, I believe directors and management own over 10% of MTL, which is a £300m company.

All directors have also received share options.

Share price rise from when Livesey joined the Board in 2022 up until today has been from £0.01p to £0.12p.

Analysts predict £0.25p.

As MTL are busy building a new mine in Nicaragua it’s doubtful they would be interested in ORR.

Livesey is also on two other Boards, Montero Exploration & Mining, and Alpha Exploration. Not sure of his position in the registry of those.

My take on it is this;

Basically no change.

Delay to Bibemi licences , no progress on the rest of the licence package and no sign of resolution on Senala.

And some very poor excuses for why they haven’t been more actively exploring or buying shares. (If they wanted to buy shares, they could easily find or create an open period).

Many leaving the stock these days, a lot selling down it seems.

Share price doesn’t react to news.

Engagement from BoD and Management is just repetition of old news and promises of future value creation, without any delivery.

So many inexperienced investors in this stock, it’s really quite depressing reading some of their comments.

Someone doesn’t believe the story; At 1250 BST, shares in Oriole Resources were down 5.22% at 0.22p.

"The Mbe maiden drilling programme continues to make good progress," said chief executive Martin Rosser.

"Importantly, now that we have the results for holes MBDD001 to MBDD013, and along with the 2024 trenching programmes' data, our independent consultant can produce a JORC exploration target estimation for the MB01 prospect.

"We anticipate that the estimate will be published early in the third quarter of 2025 and will provide valued early guidance on the resource potential of the project."

Goldgeezer I don’t think you know enough about how the math works to be investing in junior gold stocks.

Goldgeezer, are you assuming that the grade is consistent through that block?

Seems to be the occasional narrow vein, not a big/wide mineralisation zone. A lot of dilution in between.

How do you figure its 1g/t through the whole block?

New MBE results in for hole 13.

What’s everyone’s opinion about these? The mineralisation zones which they show in the cross section are quite wide, but with few narrow intersections within them.

Does anyone think they will be economic to mine?

Nicely summed up.

They’ve had full & dedicated funding (the deal was $8m spend over two licences) and cash in the bank for the last year or so, as well as the promise of additional funds if they hit ounce targets at Bibemi and Mbe.

What have they delivered?

They’ve re-worked the existing Bibemi MRE with a higher gold price/lower cut off grades.

They’ve promised the world at Mbe.

They’ve promised a deal at Senala.

They’ve changed broker, changed PR group, moved offices, hired a country manager.

Despite all this they have yet to deliver anything meaningful or impactful for the sp.

So your questions stands.

What are they going to do differently?

Will it be enough, to trim the portfolio?

Some focus needed for sure.

20,000,000 shares bought yesterday (if the trades screen is to be believed), and the sp does nothing…

There’s no reason for it to go down.

There’s every reason for it to go up, if BoD and Management can get their act together.

If they carry on as they are, it’ll just languish where it is forever.

Goldgeezer, spot on - they should sell Senala and put the money to work somewhere.

Just to be clear though, it is not a JORC resource. It is a JORC Exploration Target. Two very different things.

Godofhellfire, it’s an Exploration Target - very low confidence and very low grade, basically a big bucket with everything that might possibly be there thrown in to give an idea of what might be there IF the mineralisation is present.

The grade range is low.

The JV hasn’t been signed, so no idea if this will ever even get drilled tested.

Not very exciting, but they’re getting whatever news they can out ahead of the AGM I suppose.
