Morning guys, I see the SP lost traction and we are now attacking those whose posts we don’t like.

For a proper discussion board I believe that one needs to listen to all views, else is a cheerleading board … 4p coming … 10p … just a lot of nonsense.

If what people posts are factual then personally (as an LTH) I am great full for them letting me know. If anyone believes that a post is not correct, then correct it with facts.

Don’t forget we are not out of the woods yet! We are at 1p … only back to where we have been at least THREE times in the last year.

Am I missing something out? - if UJO owns 40% and received in excess of £2 mil from Wressle then EOG should receive in excess of £1.5 mil (2 x 30/40), no?

So the cash position should be a lot better, because there are another 90 bopd revenue to add to that £1.5 mil.

Don’t you wish SO would do a bit of PR? This is the second time ujo issued such an RNS whilst SO is snoozing!

Looking at then trades, lots of round buys of 1 mil, 500k, … somebody is loading up. A TR-1 could be incoming.

Companies always take a gamble. They do it when they farm in … more often than not unsuccessfully.

Very quiet. With the TU being next week, I was expecting some interest after the TU RNS. Hopefully tomorrow :)

James, the PP needed to be revised because of HSE Design improvements.

So since this is an HSE initiated change we know that HSE will approve. In addition, we need PP and EA approvals and I was wondering whether EA and PP approve independently.

PP will not be received this month - consultation closes 28 Jan. If obtaining the PP is a precondition for EA, then EA is pushed further down in to the future.

Well… Does anybody know if EA approval can be obtained before the Planning Permission?

We know we cannot get the Planning Permission this month and I wonder if it is possible to still get the EA approval this month. Anybody in the know?

Can the EA approval be given before the planning approval, or does planning approval must be given first? Anybody know?

Still holding strong. Reclaiming 1p today will be great. Bid now at 1p but will it hold?

Either way, we have now formed a base at 0.90p which is great considering were we were 3 days ago.

The troubles started when the government removed the energy cap and prices shot up.

Croqkman, last time we dropped to the 0.6s was the placing leak followed by the placing that did it. Yesterday, a lot of volume traded higher than here and all flippers are probably out by now. In all likelihood this level will now hold, fingers crossed anyway.

Those waiting for a dip from this level of SP in all likelihood will be disappointed in my opinion.

Over 100million shares traded yesterday and the majority of shares traded above current bid (0.9p) - a higher base has been established.

Will be nice to reclaim the 1p before close … 25 minutes left.

The bid is weakening and the SP appears to be walked down now. Interesting - large order not filled yet?
