Ocelot, their offer is an all share offer. They don’t have the cash to be buying.

I think Angus as per AIM regulations must issue an RNS.

Surprised that Angus did not issue an RNS today following the Sound Energy RNS.

Don’t AIM regulations require that Angus does so?

Obviously, this is price sensitive information as it has already impacted the SP - so Angus should confirm, deny or expand on this. Is this right?

I saw that Ocelot, but that is SOU saying it, need Angus to say it. Also giving an indication of a minimum SP (reserved price) will get the ball rolling much faster.

Just emailed Angus suggesting that the publicly reject this today via an RNS and give an indication of minimum SP that will be seriously considered.

After all GL priced SFB alone at 4p. Ok, we have a few more shares now but gas prices are considerably higher.

This sale process should be concluded a lot faster than it took to conclude the £12 mil funding and there is a very good chance we’ll be above 2p soon … and me been very happy :):)
