Geeman, I hope this is the last poor TU too but not likely.

We now changed to aiming for breakeven (for UK&I only, France 3 or 4 years behind) by the end of this year and no confidence that there is enough cash in hand to see us to profitability.

Today’s presentation was a letdown, they completely forgot what they told us in the previous one.

Like you, I am hoping to be wrong and this is indeed the last bad TU, I am £30k under atm :(:(

Earl, that is very true … they promised us SUSTAINABLE PROFITABILITY in 2022. On the back of this I substantially increased my holding here.

They need to do something to help the shareholders.

CC completely obliterated the SP … down to 2.3p now and the sales aren’t stopping.

There is a fundamental shift in CC’s attitude this time - Upbeat last time to Downbeat this time.

It doesn’t look like that any of those revenues contributed to the cash position - all losses, zero/negative margin?

They are not making money and if they continue on the same path they are unlikely to make money any anytime soon.

They should pull out of France, get UK&I making money and then expand if they so wish, else is going to be more of the same for the foreseeable whilst the SP is collapsing.

Earl, I think Eve can be profitable by giving up France. What is the point in being there if it is going to take at least another 4 or 5 years to get to the breakeven point.

Should concentrate on UK&I and get that to being profitable and generating cash. But she will not go for this.

I am fast loosing hope here and seriously contemplating on taking a £30k hit.

Went from a very upbeat presentation last time to a downbeat presentation this time. Not looking good at all. The SP is at a year low and by all indications is likely to go lower in to the 1s.

Contemplating whether to cut losses, I am down ~£30k. Frustrating.

I didn’t like todays presentation at all. Completely different tone to the last one. In the last presentation they were very confident that sustainable profitability will be reached this year - this has changed to sometime in the future.

Something changed. Looks like that they are now looking in to new things that will need substantial amount of more cash.

It loops to me as if profitability is way in to the future. She did say France was 3 or 4 years behind UK&I - UK&I is not yet profitable - this means that France will not be profitable for at least another 4 or 5 years.

The market did not like it and knocked the SP off, relatively heavy volume today and the selling pressure remains strong. SP down to 2.6p and very likely will drop lower. How low?

I am disappointed with their attitude towards the SP, they don’t care and CC thinks that she has already brought value to the SP by looking at the all time low - not good enough. Ultimately shareholder value is in the value of the SP. The SP should be going up, not down.

And by the time I finished writing this the SP dropped to 2.5p. Looks like now is going to be a very long time before we see value here, I hope I am wrong as I am heavily down here at this moment.

Is Paul Forrest an insider? He has been involved with Angus since the start of the search for the £12 mil funding.

Looks like he is trading Angus stock - why sell so low? I don’t like this.

Anybody understood why “sustainable profitability in 2022” changed to “breakeven” for UK&I only?

I need the SP to double in order to break even. Very annoyed this morning.

Dontgiveup, I agree with you disastrous performance, maybe it needs somebody else to lead the company.

How on earth can we go from “we could have shown a profit if we chose to do so but we are aiming for sustainable profitability in 20200” to “we are aiming for breakeven in 2022, but only for UK&I part of the business”?

Last year in Investor Meet: EVE stated that they were aiming for sustainable profitability in 2022. They said they couple have shown a profit then if they wanted to.

Now this has changed to aiming for breakeven … for UK & I branch!

So, I was right to remind Angus earlier on.

One has to be issued as per AIM Regs. Looks like they have been too busy and overlooked this.

Considerable buying interest the day before the TU - bodes well for tomorrow.

Buying volume is increasing and we may see a blast in to the close. Fingers crossed.
