Lucan once said that SFB is worth 4p to the SP but that was when the gas was at 30/40p. So, now even with the increase in float we should expect at least that 4p.

James, I agree. Need more transparency, we need to see the promised week by week schedule.

There is no way now that 1st gas will happen by end of February as per last guidance but will it happen in March? I am beginning to doubt it, looking at the site activity pace, I think Angus is buying time for something. To achieve gas in March site activity must be considerably ramped up now.

Mirasol, take a look at the major holders on the Angus website - have any of the 3% plus holders filed an 8.3 form?

Makes sense for insiders to be excluded from the “for sale” filings.

WG, thinking about it, he must have at least hold 1% which warrants an 8.3 form - maybe insiders are excluded from filing?

Taverham, there are many possible ways forward from here, but selling SFB for £1 is not one of them.

WG, it is possible that he had shares from before, yes, but to get to 3.6% implies hefty recent buys, after the “for sale” RNS.

Cannot be underwater. The 40 million shares are 3.6% - no TR_1 filed, not in the major shareholders.

No, this is new, he is above water, at worst even.

BV, could be for acquisition but WG’s point is also right.

It also states that funds would be “… or more generally) should they consider it to be in the best interests of the Company to do so” - this could be an acquisition.

But the first two reasons stated below by EWG are also true. I don’t know what “maintain covenants for the Saltfleetby debt facility” means but the reference to equipment implies possible shortage of funds.

Either way, it will be cleared very soon.

Could these shares be for an acquisition? All share transaction? If this is the case then these shares will go a lot further at a higher SP.

If it is for a placing then we will be f*cked! In don’t see however why a placing at this time will be necessary, unless the funds required for SFB are way underestimated, which is unlikely.

Probably the former, we’ll soon find out.
