WG, thanks for that post. So the new authority replaces the existing authority.

Also the new authority is for a maximum of 874.5 million shares, but can issue shares in one go up to a maximum of 546.5 million shares (ouch!!).

Also, it looks as if these shares will be out soon since the new authority expires 30 Nov 2022 - or - earlier at the AGM in 10 weeks time.

What ever they are planning, looks like we are going to hear about it very soon!.

Anybody knows why WH Ireland - the company’s broker - is trading Angus shares? Including shorting?

James, fully agree with your last post.

The Wall Street article is biased in my opinion and is also stretching the definition of “insider”.

Nobody has to normally declare a holding of less than 3% and these 1% declarations are only because of the takeover code.

One guy (Muhammad) sold 16 mil and three others bought (one 20 mil). There is nothing to see here.

Who ever wrote that article has an interest in seeing the Angus SP down and is twisting non-facts. That article should be reported to the FSA IMO.

James, so far, the offsites work (i.e. the pipeline to TGT and NGG) appears to have been completed and is being pressure tested (today’s tweet).

The onsite work, the gas plant, is progressing extremely slow atm. We still have three civil works contracts to award (including concrete pour (foundations) and pipeline structural supports. Tank bundling I assume it will be completed after the tanks are installed. Equipment to deliver, install, precommission, commission and test. It takes time to do all this and now I am beginning to worry that we may not even flow gas in March.

Why isn’t site activity ramped up? I’d Angus waiting for the permits approval? Need more money?

Angus really needs to issue that schedule asap as in yesterday.

The market needs to see transparency and something other than slippages done. I am not happy with the fact that the latest delivery schedule has already slipped.

James, the trust deficit can be rectified very quickly by Angus getting their finger out, ramp up civil works, get the equipment on site, install & commission and flow gas.

It does not look like that the market believes that the gas will flow any time soon. Need some serious activity on site.

The re-re-re-revised delivered schedule is slipping again.

Pipeline testing. This should complete the offsites work, now on to the gas plant. Angus really needs to accelerate the works now.

BV, I think we may still have to finish piling for the condensate storage tank and the dehydration and Dewpoint packages.

After that is concrete poor, bundling for the storage tanks and structural supports for pipe racks.

We seem to be moving slow IMO, we are 6 weeks away from the last declared 1st gas date and we should be further ahead on the civil works by now. We are also late with delivery of the 1st items declared to arrive early January (water and stabilised condensate tanks) ??

We already gone from a 200 mil shares float to well in excess of a billion!.

A 10 mil MCAP is an
SP of 5p at 200 mil
SP of 1p at 1 billion
SP of 0.5p at 2 billion

Any new JAM TOMORROW acquisition will not help the SP appreciate (look at ukog).

Only JAM TODAY will help the SP (SFB is jam today).

We are so close to getting SFB going (in fact we passed the revised 1st gas date) and start earning cash that it is simply FOLLY to dilute the float for something else.

HITS, I read the RNS but is not clear. I cannot get to the Angus website atm, it keeps hanging..

BV, I would be very very unsettled if the authority to issue shares exceeds current float. I don’t want to see any share issues before the SP appreciates based on SFB.

As I stated on a number of occasions … all focus and effort MUST be on SFB. F*ck all else including geo atm. Get SFB going before anything else is acted upon.

Further dilution of the float now is BAD for shareholders, simples.

Is Angus replacing the existing authority to issue new shares? Or,

is the new authority for 874 million shares additional to the existing authority (which still has about 350 mil shares left)?

A very good letter. I don’t see how Jeremy Hunt or anybody else can argue against it - it will be folly.

1.0345p finish - chart looks great.

1p support is growing stronger.

Today’s piles must be the last in the compressor area. I suppose is the condensate stabiliser tank/package next since the tank will be arriving this week. Still have the dehydration package to do, they need to accelerate a little bit. Piling should finish soon. Concrete poor next.

Nhawan, so you think I should sell? But don’t you think that if the for sale sign was not based on some facts then Angus will be breaking the rules and that would be illegal? We did have a leak on this back in November.

Hi Serif, thanks for clarifying it, I missed the dollar sign! The RNS finished with the cash position and receivables in pounds …

There is no doubt EOG is now in a strong financial position and the SP is very undervalued. Hopefully, the SP will catch up soon. Fingers crossed.
