Looks like who ever put that sales rumour out on twitter in early January was right!

Another late reported trade (2.45 mil @ 0.775p) taking total volume today to 24.2 mil.

Hopefully the extra authority is to cover the warrants, we will soon find out.

We do have a nice move in progress here now and looks like we are heading back up to 1p quite quickly - placing shares must have gone by now. Another 20 mil volume day and any remaining will be gone.

Hopefully PP & EA approvals to top it up.

Good volume surge in to the close with some decent buys (up to 4.5 mil in size) - bodes well for tomorrow.

The storage tanks are for water and stabilised condensate.

The concrete base for the tanks and other equipment is tied on to piles if the ground is not very stable. For the compressors and flare the concrete base (foundation) will be tied on to the piles. For the tanks it appears not as they haven’t piled for this yet.

Afternoon BV, piling must be completed soon. Looks like the storage tanks don’t need piling, else they would have been done first as they are arriving early January.

Personally, I am happy reading critical posts about the company and not just plain cheerleading staff. A lot of good points have been made by WG and others. No need to argue.

BV, They broken the Civikl Works contract in to six smaller contracts, three already awarded, three outstanding.

Outstanding civil contracts are binding for tanks, structural piping supports, and concrete poor (foundations).

Foundations will depend on piling completion but the rest can start anytime IMO.

WG, maybe they got an exception?

BV, we now know what they were piling. Good to see them working on a bank holiday indicating no significant restrictions on working times.

It states the authority in pounds - so the amount of shares issued will depend on the placing SP.

Where did you see the Director’s authority to issue shares stated in shares? Link please?

WG, I see your points but I feel more confident about this now. I believe that the issues are minor and will be resolved.

The change in planning permission came about in normal design development, HSE requirement. Happens all the time during FEED/Detailed Design. The planing permission should be given within days IMO.

The issue with noise is a case of agreeing which method/software to use to calculate the noise, is not about noise limits. For this to stop SFB going ahead will be the ultimate folly. It should be resolved within next month IMO. All good now.

Most typical background level is 37db daytime dropping to 30db nighttime.

Noise is no issue, what they are discussing with the EA is how to measure it.

A bus will make more noise than 37 db. Loud talking in a room will make more noise than 37 db!

Noise level at work at which employers have to provide ear protection is 85db. At 80db they have to evaluate requirement for protection.

Throughout the industry the noise limit is 85db and this is at 1m from the source.

There is no issue here.

Personally, I am very happy with the answers, it indicates that all is progressing well. The planning and EA applications are aligned and the two minor outstanding issues with the EA are expected to be cleared early January.

The Civil Works have been broken down to smaller contracts and half of them are already placed, remainder to be awarded early in the year (In take this to mean Jan).

1st gas in March now looks a lot more likely and I now believe that it can be achieved (COS 90%++, in my opinion)
