1 mil buy @ 0.788p ... then a 2 mil sell @ 0.756p. Still quite a few shares available below 0.8p - I wonder who the seller now is?

This funding saga is very similar to the events leading up to Brockham testing and disastrous failure. They sacked in a lot of inocent buyers at that time and they did the same again with the original announcements of the delusive funding deal, all now sitting at a loss.

I wonder, would Angus be able to defend all these funding promises if we pass It to the SFO along with the Brockham events? Maybe we should ask this question on the Angus Investor forum?

IMO, there isn’t any funding, there cannot be. There is no funding deal on this planet that will take the solicitors near enough half a year to close. They will get a deadline and work round the clock to close it ... and a mere £12 mil should take only days.

Really, there is no excuse for the funding deal (if there is one) to take this long to close. Funds were going to be drawn back in January, remember?

IMO, there is no funding commitment for £12 mil, soft or otherwise. I think they are still trying to find investors ... unsuccessfully.

If the £12 mil was available, the solicitors will work round the clock to close the deal, this is how these issues are worked out, no way it will take this long.

Noobz, I have been here for over 5 years going in circles, getting tired now.

Alba has fantastic assets ... TBS, Amitsoq, Wales ... each one a company maker. However, is not just the fundamentals that matter, the peoples perception of the fundamentals is more important. But, the perception of the fundamentals does not improve because of Alba’s excessive management of expectations and failure to boost sentiment. We see this in the SP failure to gain ground.

We been here at this SP level several times over the last few years - the MCap seems to get enlarged but the SP does not follow. The increase in MCap is down to float enlargement and this cannot continue in this way. I hope it changes, but my patience is exhausted.

Is disappointing indeed, we should have had at least an update on testing by now - have they been sent to the lab?

If they are still working on the 36 tonne sample, the Pilot Plant must be working at 5 grammes an hour! - unforgivable not have an update and not to see the Pilot Plant in operation.

Unforgivable that Alba does not look at sentiment and try to support it. Look at how XTR is supporting sentiment by constant updates and is reflected in the SP. Getting tired of this, I wish I jumped ship!

As stated earlier,

Pilot plant has capacity to run at 3 tonnes per hour but is being run at 1.5 tonnes per hour.

36 tonnes being crushed and shaken at 1.5 tonnes per hour takes 24 hours to process ....

Yes ... 24 hours .... the Pilot Plant has been running since 20th January ... now processing what?

This confusion is not helping the share price at all and the damage done to the SP is all down to Alba comms.

Wizard, if I am not mistaken, last raise included funds for Greenland but due to Covid lockdowns they haven’t been able to spend that money yet. I am not now sure though.

Greenland opens up on April 18th ... in 13 days.

We are due an RNS on Greenland start and also Clogau update. We urgently need an RNS, Clogau or Greenland, to support the SP.

IMO, if radio silence continues to the end of the week, then the 0.30p support will very likely be broken. Fingers crossed news out tomorrow. GLTA.

Nomlungu, we don’t know whether or not they bought more or not - we’ll find out when the TR-1 comes in.
