Baits, hard to believe that. I would not waste my breath here had I sold and I think this goes for other people too.

Anyway, I am only interested in seeing the SP go up ... anything above 1.5p to minimise my losses and if it goes above 2.4p I will be delighted.

Baits & all, I don’t believe that anybody here doesn’t own shares. I don’t believe that anybody can expend so much time and energy purely for revenge. I believe that all here hold shares but some (me included) have lost faith in the BOD and are severely disappointed with all the failures so far and missed promises ... including the recent flag ship ... SF. Frustration and anger I think is the issue.

Anyway, we all want the SP to appreciate and so far the only thing that will make the SP go up is closing the funding deal.

I think a good indicator for the funding deal closing is the 15 million shares (+15 mil warrants) placing taken up after approval at the AGM.

IMO, if it is taken up it will have a positive impact on the SP. Considering this placing is for Forest Nominees who are insiders and already hold just over 8% I think there is a good chance they may take it up to protect their investment.

If they do take it up in my opinion this will be an indication that the funding negotiations have a good chance of concluding since they would not be throwing good money after bad if there was no chance.

What do you guys think?

I still believe that this whole affair could have been handled differently and the SP could have been higher. But ... it is what it is.

Wait for the Clogau assay results now and hopefully the Greenland RNSs will land soon. Patience and fingers crossed. GLTA.

The Company's bespoke pilot gold processing plant has been operational since 20 January 2021. Initially, ore stockpiles from prior periods of exploration are being utilised to test and refine the operation of the plant. The stockpile from the Sep/Oct 2020 bulk sampling will be processed progressively through Q1 2021.

Frustrating as it might be, there was never a promise to release the results in Q1. All they said is that the samples will be processed in Q1 by the pilot plant ... then sent to the laboratory.

So if the results are not released this month it doesn’t mean there is something to hide ... it simply means they are not ready yet.

So patience is needed. GLTA.

No trades because all are waiting for the results.

However, if we don’t get news by the end of the month it does not mean that the news will be bad. Personally, I expect the results to be good.

Not having any results yet is extremely annoying, but GF never committed (as far as I know) to releasing these results this quarter. So patience is needed.

James, they probably committed to take them but couldn’t have taken these up yet because they have not been approved. This placing is subject to approval at the AGM.

Don’t underestimate GL in driving the SP down, he doesn’t need any help ... 14/12p .... down to well under 1p all by himself!

If funding was going to close it would have closed before (this year’s ) AGM, IMO.

It is obvious by now (at least to me, others might see it differently) that there is no chance of any SF funding closing.

The delay excuses vary a little but they are effectively the same ... kicking the can down the road.

This morning, looking at L2, the MMs did their best to drive the SP up but after a huge volume surge ... that reached a gigantic 3.7 million shares, they appear to have given up.

Is actually gone beyond the joke. GL will be receiving best effort funding commitments in 2022 & 2023 and beyond.

Today’s volume is breaking records ... Looks like today’s news have been well received by the market.

CLON cannot put false information on their website, ofcourse is true. Been held up by COVID.

They should be reopening up soon and postponed negotiations should start. COVID lockdowns will not last for ever. Personally, I am using this weakness in the SP to keep adding - but each to their own.

Noobz, the best way to contact Alba is via email - they do acknowledge and respond, they are good on this.

The warrants expiring has no impact on the cash flow.

If I am not mistaken these expired 0.42p warrants were issued when Alba purchased the mine, a few years back. Had they exercised them then it would have been more money to Alba, but I don’t believe that Alba counted on these for their financing.
