Not many understand that it is a lethal mistake to fall in love with a stock. Realism to some doesn’t come in.

Some are stating that they don’t mind if the SP falls again. Really?

Yes, in the last year the SP went to 0.5 and down again and back up and now down and stuck ... waiting for news (whatever news, might be Greenland, whatever). First hit 0.5p about 6 months back ... and that was after 3 placings and hefty warrant exercises.

This is AIM... you need to think about placings ... when is the next one coming. This is the AIM reality, but why am I telling you this?

The SP needs to go up, last placing at 0.375p was about 6 months ago. Projects need money. I am not saying that a placing is imminent, but this is the reality. The SP needs to go up so that next placing is above the previous one.

I expressed my concerns to Alba on a number of occasions - how many here did the same?

All my opinion ofcourse - Do your own research and assessment.

It is important to get these results before the end of next week. If we don’t in my opinion the SP will fall.

Personally, I will not sell at support but I will sell if it breaks below that. Enough is enough ... I have been holding Alba shares for the last 5 years. I wrote quite a few cycles up and down and every time I have been buying more and more to average down ... not anymore.

For 5 years I been buying Alba and never sold ... up until January this year after that RNS, the one that proved the flow sheet! I had 30 million shares up until then, now 18 mil. Derisked.

Alba needs to give the market what it needs. If by April they haven’t done so, from me it will be cash out and bye bye.

Hopefully an RNS next week. GLTA.

These buyers are sophisticated investors/traders - they sat at the very strong support and they absorb all the sells.

As I said earlier, IMO, only the inexperienced sell at supports. This is a place to buy. I learned this the hard way, never buy when you should be selling and most importantly, never sell when you should be buying. (All in my opinion ofcourse).

Time for GF to deliver.

No matter what, one thing is certain.

IMO, Irrespective of funding closure or not, something will be engineered to create another SP run to give a chance for our news major shareholder to bail out, just like Rupert’s case.

This time though, I am not getting caught again ... I will be ready, finger on the button.

With only two (three w/t today) trading days left to 31st March ... Volume is Dead again.

The chart looks very good and hopefully with results imminent we will bounce back up to new highs (third time lucky as they say).

TullyCrow, yes a good sign. Personally, I will never sell at support. This level, I believe is a buy/add level ... irrespective of how this delay in results made us feel.

Some sales going through (1 mil, 2.5 mil)

Personally, I will never sell at support - established supports (IMO) are places to buy/add.

The 0.30p level has proved to be a very strong support (IMO).

I do believe that there is gold there, in quantities at least as good as previously mined, if not better. We already seen from the RNSs identification of new quartz veins. Modern exploration techniques ... Alba has at their disposal all the tools they need to make a success of it.

However, the problem in my opinion is GF - excessive management of expectations and sometimes downbeat - in the webinar there are things he should not have said and other positive things he should have done; show some gold (they found samples (nuggets?) was in the Telegraph, use a piece of concentrate that came out of the pilot plant ....

Him not doing so and taking this unconventional (IMO) approach on sampling has a severely negative effect on the SP.

Yes, I agree with you he has given the market the impression of not so good news to come.

The market action so far (IMO) indicates a reluctance to buy until the news are out. Before, every time we came down to 0.30p the SP was repelled back up. Now is happy sitting there. IMO, if we don’t get news next week the very strong support at 0.30p will very likely be broken.

Pilot plant crunching at 1.5 tonnes per hour can do 12 tonnes in an 8 hour day.

36 tonnes takes 3 full days to process (3 days X 12 tonnes = 36 tonnes)

The Pilot Plant has been working since early January ... almost 3 months!

What is going on here? Why aren’t the results available yet? Can anybody shine some light?

Simple - Why would anybody pay 0.42p for the shares (exercised warrants) when they can buy them now for 0.32p and in any case less that’s 0.42p?

TullyCrow, yes ... moving back up. 1,000,000 to buy now 0.3196p

And looks like panic over - now the quote to buy 1,000,000 moved up to 0.318p. Fingers crossed is now up from here.

And there is another MM back at 0.30p, Now 2 MMs at 0.30p

Looks like the 0.30p support is about to go, only 1 MM now at 0.30p.

However, selling pressure seems to be easing off - I was previously quoted to buy 1,000,000 at 0.3075p and now the same quote moved up to 0.31p.

Fingers crossed the SP will move back up, 0.30p is a very strong support. Those that are planning to average down should consider doing it at this level - but as always there is a risk of further drops.

Ham, I think the Pilot Plant can run at 3 tonnes per hour but Alba is running it at 1.5 tonnes per hour. Not certain though.

That is precisely it. How far can we bounce on good news?

From where we are now there shouldn’t be too much of a drag on the SP advance but will not go as far up as if the news arrived when the SP was in the 0.5s. Drop any lower though and the picture changes drastically.
