IMO, Patience ... in all likelihood the SP will have another run ... leading to:

- a big spike if the run is based on rumours, or
- a substantial re-rate if ratification of either Ghana or Bolivia actually happens.

IMO, either way, patience is win-win.

I add every time the SP drops below 0.4p and I am willing to wait. Each to their own ofcourse.

Take a look at the SP, is it happy?

Alba has been working in a Gold Mine for over a year. Yes veins are important but any other company would have shown Gold already.

Irrespective of what some of you may think, the market (effectively the majority of PIs) need to see GOLD along the journey, that is why the SP has been in constant decline after the initial euphoria, leading to yesterdays important and substantial drop (broke a major support).

Bar Greenland, or unlikely more national press coverage, there is only one thing that will drive the SP up ... you know it by now ... a showing of gold.

I agree in the potential of the dumps, there is a lot of money to be made out of it. George should have been all over it from day 1, but let’s hope he learned something out of the SP decline and now concentrates on retrieving gold. The pilot plant must be by now fully calibrated and so nothing in the way of it crunchIng and shaking out some gold concentrate.

The SP is at a stage now where, bar Greenland, nothing will move it up other than a showing of gold.

Maybe Alba realised that they dropped a poopoo with yesterday’s RNS, saw the SP drop and this is an attempt to stop the fall?

But then again this is probably wishful thinking since GF does not pay attention to sentiment.

Today’s RNS would normally, been good news, jolt the SP up, but after yesterday’s RNS the market appears to be holding back looking for more.

IMO the market now is looking to see GOLD.

Might take a while now for the SP to recover (if there are no bombs in the way) because the very strong support at 0.30p has now changed to resistance.

TullyCrow, I have 15 million shares now, down from 30 million up until last January. I have been in Alba for the last 5 years, bought from 0.75p all the way down to 0.048p. If I sell the rest now I break even. Going to hold and next spike to 0.4s/0.5s I will cash out. Lost all faith here.

Thanks Moodyboy, they must have moved it back recently. Anyway, 2nd May is only 3 weeks away. Hopefully GF is already getting ready for mobilisation.

Greenland opens up in 6 days and GF better have a mobilisation TNS ready to go.

TullyCrow, this Is really terrible, I was not expecting this drop following the news that we been waiting for - bulk sample results. I have now lost all faith in this and will bail out in next spike.

I got the feeling that now, with sentiment so low, even if we get Greenland news we will struggle to reclaim the 0.30p level. Hopefully, I am wrong.

The sells haven’t finished yet TullyCrow and looks like the 0.30p great support level has turned to resistance. My guess is that we are now going to stay down here for a while now. Not worth selling down here though because it could move up fast on good news in the miraculous event that GF comes up with some.

Very true Ocelot, the right RNS can turn negative sentiment to positive sentiment - Can GF deliver the right RNS?

TullyCrow, there is a sting in the air regarding this. The pilot plant has been on site for three months now, plenty of time to calibrate it.

The pilot plant has the capacity of crunching up to 3 tonnes per hour. Even if it is run at 0.5 tonnes per hour it will take 72 hours to crunch through the 36 tonnes. If it cannot do that then is as useful as a chocolate tea pot and the money spent to buy it has been a complete waste.

There is no excuse in not finishing the 36 tonne bulk sample by now.

Ha ha. A good project though ... gas with the added benefit of manure production to fertilise the fields - better grass to feed the cows to produce high quality gas.

I am quoted 0.297p to buy 2,000,000 shares! - Still a lot of shares available for sale.

If nothing else kicks this up, the very strong 0.30p support level could turn to (a very strong) resistance level.

It is time for a Greenland update, Greenland opens up in 6 days. GF should already have a mobilisation plan? If we get a Greenland update then it will push us back above the 0.30p support level - will GF issue a Greenland update to support the SP?

Willow, is not a con, may look that way but definitely not a con. The problem is GF, his PR and management of expectations.

With a different attitude the SP would be many multiples from here.

His handling of Clogau is appalling, he has been working in the mine for many many months and found not even one piece of gold to show? Stellar a few years earlier got some grab samples and came up with stellar results – GF cannot even grab a gramme of gold to show the market?

The market needs to be taken along the exploration journey ... and fed with showings of gold along the way. Else interest disappears.

Alba has fantastic assets in Greenland too (and we should be getting an RNS on that very soon – Greenland opens up on the 18th April) but with the same PR and expectations management IMO the SP is not likely to appreciate, spike yes.

Next spike to 0.50p and I will be clearing out. GLTA.

Congratulations Robbie, but as a matter of interest what makes you think that GF will handle the other assets differently - He is in a Gold Mine for heaven’s sake ... in a Gold Mine and hasn’t shown us a piece of gold yet.

His strange way of expectations management will continue in to the other assets. He needs to change course and start properly PR’ing these assets. Else the SP is not going anywhere, might get a spike but not really appreciate - obvious to me after 5 years being an Alba shareholder.
