Simply, some of the SEL liability (25%) will be passed on to AAOG - if SEL/AAOG conclude their arrangement.

Elir, I think GF is aware of that - he did mention in one of his interview that previous mining was manual - pick up visible gold and discard the rest.

So, the question as to why this was not attempted earlier (for early revenue generation) is a good one.

In my view we are where’s we are now because of the way GF handled it and communicated with the markets. The SP now being at 0.30p is inexcusable in my book.

Elir, I fully agree with you on that but at this present time IMO priority should be on getting the SP up. Placings talk does have an effect on people and currently we are drifting down on relatively low volume.

Carry on talking about placings if you wish … but if it happens now we are going to be burned! IMO ofcourse, based on 5 years ALBA experience.

If it happens now, the Alba MCap will increase, but not with an increasing SP - it will increase by increasing the float.

To protect our investment the SP needs to go up so that a placing happens at an SP higher than the last placing (0.375p) - is easy with the right news and sentiment boost - is in Alba’s hands.

The higher the SP, the fewer shares need to be issued, the lower the dilution.

The SP is undervalued (all here know this). The reason we are down here is GF screwing up with the bulk sample assays and expectations management.

Is in GF’s hands to reverse this.

Another month past since the funding drawdown was suppose to occur last January … is now May.

This final furlong appears to be infinitely long! The jam tomorrow continues … and the BOD is still employed and with a recent hefty pay rise - what a joke - Absolutely inexcusable.

From my experience, it does not take this long to conclude a tiny funding deal, the Solicitors will burn the midnight oil when given a deadline.

In my opinion, Aleph is still trying to find investors - unsuccessfully.

I agree Ocelot, either (1) or (2) will be a pig plus for Alba and very good for shareholders - it will be a big boost to the SP. Fingers crossed.

You don’t need Henson or any other guru for a placing at discount rates … is easy, any broker can do that, is normal.

But, personally I think GF is going to hold back from a placing until the SP recovers … else is LTH fury!.

Gkb, I am waiting in hope … not easy taking such a loss. But I had plenty of time to come in terms with it. I am now ready to take it and move on to … hammering AIM Regulation.

And I am going to be generous … I will leave it to 1st June.
