Very encouraged by the news this morning and hope that the deal will be done. The directors have after all still been looking for a deal so I apologise to them for my earlier ranting and hope that this will be trading again next week.

Cant believe it either, if they get this deal done I will eat my words, thought this was gone but at least it is a life line.

Yes crap board I believed in what Hutchinson said but will never invest again in any company that he or carver are involved in. Why did they bother with this company in the first place, could not even complete one deal.

I sent an email to Colin Hutchinson Director on the 13 Jan and I got a reply on the 15 Jan, I asked him if a deal was possible and also mentioned the Feb 06 deadline, here is the replied I received. Is this share dead in the water? don't see much discussion. I read through the RNS's and they have to have a deal in place by next month, what are holders thoughts on this, is this still possible, has anyone contacted the directors?

I will support the class action also. I would assume that as soon as we know it is a runner we can then get names registered? I also think it was a good idea from mike190 to have our site password protected so only members can see what is posted

No problem, glad to help get these guys to answer for they way they have run this company into the ground and where all the money went, the way these companies treat the small shareholder is terrible

Just like to say that you guys have done a great job here, I hold 1million shares and voted no on all 4, but I cant understand why Jones has not stepped down as he must see that the majority of shareholders don't have any confidence in him.
