Fantasy, any company can get round the issue of not raising below nominal they just do a share split, easy.

yes it would be great if Prelea went but if he did he could sell his shares as he is only tied for 12 months if he stays with the company so maybe better he stays then lol.

yes sealed would mean it has been signed off, so we should have an RNS in the morning that the first sale has been completed and money in the bank this week as well, all lining up now.
