Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
To me this is what I am hear for, the Zimbabwe Diamonds are the icing on the cake but with the mine coming into production next month we should be at 0.50 this month I would think we could be 1p by year end, my strategy is to top slice at 1p and let the rest run, what are others peoples thoughts on what the sp will be by next month?
In my opinion the British Government have had initial discussions with the foreign office on a range of issues including Vast Resources, Melanie Robinson will be involved in discussions from now on. British Government to provide a trade development support package to help Zimbabwe. Deal to be concluded this month, Newman Chiadzwa will be gone.
Very quite on here, some buying yesterday and today looking like a move in the right direction.
He was being careful in what he said but you get enough I think to make a call on what is going to happen. He said we must fully amend our key legislation as talk cannot replace protection. Need accountability through the development and implementation of a legislative framework. The webinar also said we need to ensure that the community is protected and that all corporate governance is in place. In my opinion the deal is going to happen with Vast Resources and Newman Chiadzwa will be out, but before it can happen they need assurances that Vast Resources have the finance in place, proper governance to protect the community and to ensure a legal framework is in place to share the proceeds with the community. He said that 2020 will end with good news in this regard.
Yes it is hard to read but not garbage, it is they way thing s work in Gov, he is not saying anything but is providing enough to read between the lines on what is for happening, I will post some info on what I think reading between the lines is being said.
This month edition of the Mining Zimbabwe magazine has an interview with the Chairman of the Mines parliamentary CommitTee and he mentions Vast Resources. It looks to me like the Government is moving to put new policies together, if you listen to Marange webinar it is clear that as soon as these are in place I think a new JV deal will be agreed with VAST. https://miningzimbabwe.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Mining-Zimbabwe-June-2020-compressed.pdf
Just had a listen to the recording of the Marange Diamond discussion, Vast is mentioned and the Gov is looking to partner with companies that are listed on the stock exchange so they have better corporate governance which should bode well for VAST. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mH0rgVsLw814g8TOeagKoC48sZn2NIj6/view
Vast doing due diligence on Remin’s entire polymetallic and precious metal mineral interests consisting of 55 brownfield mining assets. The potential is massive in Romania and I also think that Zimbabwe will be an added bonus for us as well and not just for Diamonds
Vast should be 1 pence at this moment as the Romania mine is a monster. The mine contains hugh wealth as it is full of gold, copper and silver and we have got it all for peanuts. People need to wake up to that, what were are spending is nothing compared to what it is worth. I can't believe I can still buy at this price but happy to do so but I expect a significant rise in sp this month.
At least we are seeing increased talk about the diamonds, the India story and growing impatience within the community will keep the pressure on the gov to move this to a conclusion. The Beneficiation aspect is only muscle flexing as the most common form of beneficiation is when a producer nation mandates that a certain proportion of its rough production must be sold to local manufacturers to produce polished diamonds. This ensures additional employment outside of the mining, sorting, and sale of rough stones, and also helps local businesses capture any additional profit margin from manufacturing.
