In February 2016, Clear Leisure finally won the rights from the owner of the water park in North West Italy, known as Ondaland to have its 50.17% owning in Sipiem certified, thereby entitling the Company to attend shareholder meetings. The Company remains confident that its holding in Sipiem will become a significant realisable asset.

Now could be a good time to buy, as the company are working on an update, we should have some news next week.

Dear ******
Sorry that you didn’t get a reply, but having read the questions, all are related to price sensitive information and the company is unable to provide you with the information as an individual, as it would be treated as inside information.
The company is, however, working on an update, following the AGM, being aware of shareholder questions regarding these topics. If you can bear with the board for a couple more weeks your questions should, on the whole, be answered.

I was bored and a bit fed up with this share and sent the following email to the company a few weeks ago.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have been a shareholder in Clear Leisure for some time now and wondered if you could answer the following questions for me please.

SIPIEM SpA
We hold 50.17% of the company which in turn owns real estate assets including Ondaland.
Q. does Clear Leisure receive any payments from the rental income of these real estate assets?
Q. does Clear Leisure receive any income payments based on the footfall to the Waterpark?
Q. If no is the answer to the above questions can I ask why?

Q. Why did Clear Leisure not bid for the land at auction?
Q. Were the 10 Villas in Sardinia ever let during Clear Leisure's ownership?

Q. Does Clear Leisure currently receive any income from its investments other than a potential capital gain?
Q. Is the board of Clear Leisure still hopeful that something monetary will come from the 10 Villas

Just found it, is was over £10million,

Does anyone remember the company cancelling the share premium account in Sept 2016, this would have required a solvency statement to be signed, making it clear that 7Digital was solvent. I always though this money would have been used for a special dividend at some stage in the future. Can anyone remember the £ size of that share premium account?

I am beginning to think that this may be one of the worst investments I have made over many years. I have to admit I sort of followed RKB on this one as he appeared to have a lot of knowledge on this company and I was probably taken in a bit by it, that was my fault not his by the way. I don't think this is being played with a straight bat and I get the feeling that the majority or PI don't no where we are going with this one. We just need clarity on the villas, land and the other investments. As for bitcoin I cant understand why we got into this if we have not been mining when the price was high, what was the point of it? sorry for the rant but I feel better now.

Simon Cole must be very proud of his achievements in running this company. You can imagine him filling in his C.V, Experience, I find a company, become CEO, make a lot of money for myself but run the company into the ground and then clear off and leave the mess for someone else to clear up, great CEO.

Boom was it not his Mrs that purchased the 800,000 shares as a present?

I think you need to get a life mate, as long as they keep winning the contracts that is the main thing and hopefully they don't listen to someone as petty as you. So you are saying that because someone in the office has made a slight spelling mistake it brings into question its ability to deliver a security contract ffs.
