Over 3% traded this month so far, appears to be some accumulation of stock now, small free float. This company must be the most undervalued company on Aim, only 1m m/cap, shell companies are more than that lol. QM Systems is going to go from strength to strength in my opinion. I see since March 2017 QM Systems have received orders of approx £700,000 and I know the pipehawk products are being very well received. This should be trading and a minimum of 50p when a target of £1

Always goes up a bit on news then drifts back down and slides further down as the company are very bad at PR.

When the company was called Oxford Nutrascience and in the early days of its current form they had revenues coming in from products, is this not the case now, does the company have any current revenue generating products and what is the cash burn, do we have a timescale on how long the products will come to market, thanks.

The share premium account was cancelled, £17.3 million standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account was cancelled thereby creating distributable reserves. A company wishing to pay a dividend must have adequate distributable reserves; where this is not possible, a reduction of capital from the share premium account or capital redemption reserve may provide the solution. For the purposes of a reduction, the share premium account and the capital redemption reserve are treated as part of the company’s share capital. This means that when reduced, the share premium account and the capital redemption reserve create a reserve that can be distributed to shareholders.

Williams and Turner increased their holding to 4.2% of the company worth around £300,000 at a share price of 6.1p. The shares are held in the duo’s Miton UK Microcap Trust. The company, 7digital Group announced that it expected to achieve profitability by the end of the year. In the first half of the year recurring revenues rose by 4% year on year. In an update in July, it also said that it had a ‘healthy sales pipeline for the second half’ while also announcing that the French digital streaming music provider Snowite, which was acquired in April, was fully incorporated and creating new business.
