Bob, I bought some at 10p before Liberia spud. Then some at 7p a little while after and quite a few at 0.5p about 2 years ago. Then when the SP was 0.035p I just had a feeling that this a binary outcome. Boom or bust! If we could sort out the finance then I knew the oil field would be enormous. I just thought what the heck so I bought massively at 0.04p and got my average down to 0.07p. Also my late Dad was called Arthur and I saw that as a good omen.

I will be 60 in 5 years time and I would be happy with 5p to 7p from here to fund my retirement. Looking at my spreadsheets on oil flows and number of wells I think 5p on Noa 1 complex is achieveable on $40 per barrel in the next 18 months. A full field development, marginal field licences and Mozambique could easily take us to 10p+. The fact that Arthur is no longer in control of OPL226 I think bears well because Essar M will want to get this field developed. There are new managers in Essar M who want to get work done and prove themselves. The news in the next few weeks will be critical in showing the direction of the new Essar Nigeria.

Esaar Nigeria have $60m worth of 2d and 3d siesmic. They have most of the full field covered. Arthur has spent the last 3 years finding the sweet spot. I have been here 6 years and I have done my research.

The licence for OPL226 is held by Essar Nigeria. Essar Nigeria is owned by Shorecan 80% and Essar Mauritius 20%.

Once the new deal is legally agreed then Essar Nigeria still hold the licence for OPL226. However, Essar Nigeria will be owned 90% by Essar Mauritius and 10% Shorecan.

Therefore there is no change in who holds the licence for OPL226. (Essar Nigeria).

As for the PSC extension then that is meant to happen on or before 4th August.

COPL must be doing very well to attract such dross to this board. People who have no idea what they are talking about and have done absolutely no research on the company and come on here talking as if they know it all but know diddly squat.

The Sp has been up to 0.52 and 0.49 in the last few weeks so a rise today to 0.40 is hardly a spike. Once news arrives which could be tomorrow or any day between now and 4th August then the Sp will rise to above 1p. Then depending on the news COPL will be on its journey leading up to spud.

Anyone with an ounce of sense will have researched this company and know all about the past.
