Oilberta, I doubt whether Art has any control over the 35 days. I expect it was laid down by Essar M and Art is just doing what he is told to do now. I presume Essar M and Shorline are not public limited companies and therefore do not have to submit any news. Is that correct? YM

If this is anything like last week then the sp will shoot up towards the end of the week. Lots of good news expected by 9th July. Should be 1p in a few weeks.

From my research there appears to be connections between Art and Shell. Art's daughter Elizabeth did a few work placements with Shell after graduating from Montana University as a petroleum engineer. Maybe Shell would be interested in taking on OPL226 once the oil is gushing. Afterall this is the biggest oil field in Nigeria at 2.4 Mmbo.

Yes I agree 0.75p by Friday would be justifiable given where we are at right now. Then news on PSC extension next week and drill timetable could see 1p.

Well if the bill makes it to the Nov 2020 ballot all well and good. If not then I will be loading up at 1p over the next 18 months ready for the next time. I don't mind either way.

Nobody wanys to sell at the moment. Everyone is buying in for the massive increase we are due for valuing this company as an oil producer instead of a company about to go bankrupt. We have lots of news to come by 9th July on PSC extension, Essar deal and future drilling plans.

That leaves us with 2nd July court case on the signatures and bill for November ballot. We should know the decision for trading on 3rd July.

Bonum (Ironside1), according to you the placing was going to be at 0.07p. How wrong you were. They had until the end of August to raise equity. The placing is done now at a much higher price. COPL should have a Mcap of £100m by the time of the drill.
