AM would have cancelled the previous finance deal because of the new agreement with Essar. AM is now in a much stronger position and negotiated a much better deal. There is no need for a placing and alternative finance may well be the way forward. At the moment AM has a £600k loan and future drawdowns available. There is no need for a placing for a few months.

My guess at pre drill will be 1p to 2p. However, Liberia pre drill was 11p but then we had fewer shares and our partner was Exxon. It will all depend on the next news about finance, contracts, rigs and timelines. Obviously AM is confident that oil will be flowing before December when the first drawndown will be repaid.

With the deal AM has with RF we don't need a placing for months and months.

Painfully I remember payimg 10p for my first tranche. Thankfully my average is now nearer .05p having picked up 14m at .035p

We have a £600k loan to keep the company operating. Then we can drawdown £100k in August which we have to repay 6 months later after the oil money is coming in from the first well.

1p+ before the first drill. Then when the oil that is proven is brought up we will be at 3p+. IMO.

And at 0.5p a £500k equity raise would add only 100m shares. So the higher we go the better. And we have until August to complete the equity raise. By then we might be at 1p or above and then we only add 50m shares or less.

the share SP was 10p+ and if the Liberian drill had come in the SP would have been 50p+. So there was no need for ramping this would have been a great result. The same can happen again now.

Novice, an RNS was issued yesterday at 4.35pm and the placing started at 4.45pm You just had to be quick. There was no warning beforehand.

Not much will happen for a couple of days. The new shares need to come to market and the company will release news about next plans. Have a little patience.

I see the vote as a "Yes". How can the state of California afford not to do it. They are missing out on all those tax revenues. Also California is mainly liberal.

Yes done a few of these. Basically it is a placing for shares. You log onto primarybid and say how much you want to put into the offer. Then once they have raised the amount they were looking for you will be told how many shares you received and at what price. It will probably be a discount to today's closing price. You can then have the shares transferred electronically into your account (ISA/SIPP/etc).

I have just received a primarybid placing for WMH. I didn't see any RNS about this.

This was 10p+ on the Exxon drill. I know I bought some!
