VRE uncrossed at 22p, a very respectable 19% up on the day.

72.5% up over 3 months and 159% over 6 months.

If the other portfolio holdings are performing similarly well then now could be a great time to snap up some PIRI shares with the price having drifted lower whilst the NAV rockets.

The share price may have drifted a bit recently Techtonic, but the prospects are as good as they were when the share price was surging higher. In fact there has been some pretty decent news flow on some of the portfolio holdings since then.

A distressed seller often presents a good opportunity to build a decent stake at a bargain price. This looks to be the case here with decent volumes of stock available to buy and a temporarily depressed price.

On the previous swing up it was often impossible to buy much stock at all. Now is a good time to be accumulating if you believe in the prospects here imo. Others will chase the price much higher again in due course no doubt.

Chris Akers has built an 18% stake here for a reason. With any luck that reason will become apparent shortly.

The share price drift is indeed frustrating, but historically it has done similar before shooting rapidly back up to new highs.

Yes, VRE continuing to move strongly upwards.

Someone still offloading PIRI by the looks of it. Continues to present a good opportunity to load up shares on the cheap though. People were keen to pay well over 6p last month. And there has been decent newsflow since then.

A continued good opportunity to load up being presented as the seller offloads.

People were happy enough to chase the price at 6.58p a few weeks back and you can currently buy exactly the same prospects at just over 4.5p today.
