Akers is certainly the man to follow.

He bought a 14.9% position in AAA in March 2020 when the price was 0.3p.

AAA is currently sitting at 36.8p with Akers still holding.

Got a fair bit of catching up to do with the other Chris Akers plays like AAA, DEV, MAC, PIRI and BOOM which have all been motoring.

The company is fully cashed up with Mark Horrocks clearly being convinced of the upside with his £400k investment.

Now looks like a good time to load up.

String together a few acquisitions over time with each moving the share price up significantly and the power of compounding gets to work.

AA obviously has confidence in the process and his team's capability given that he has invested over £10 million of his own money here.

A bit of patience and the willingness to hold through the swings should repeat significant rewards in due course.

Worth also looking at the history of Rockrose and the frequent deals (and subsequent share price appreciation) throughout its history. Andrew Austin thrives on making deals. He's done it before and he'll do it again here.

Remember also that he put £10 million of his own cash in here. It's a rarity to see a director invest so much. He's hardly going to let that money lay idle.

Deals took Rockrose from 50p to 1850p. You've got to be in it to win it.

For Rockrose, the gaps up on re-admission were 136% and 121% respectively on 19th Feb 2018 and 24th July 2019.

Further back, the gap up on the 6th July 2017 re-admission was 236%.

So Andrew Austin has a strong history of driving the share price sharply higher via acquisition. And he has clearly stated that his plan is to do exactly the same here:

At any point in the near future an acquisition RNS can drop and those not invested will miss out on the uplift which could be significant in percentage terms as was the case many times with Rockrose as highlighted above.

Rockrose Energy the template for Kistos.

Andrew Austin at the helm. Buy and build strategy. Significant management skin in the game.

That was the case at Rockrose, and it's the case here.

The Rockrose share price rose from 50p to 1848p, a massive gain by any standards. All dips proved to be excellent buying opportunities.

History looks set to repeat itself at Kistos with the first acquisition expected "early in the new year" according to the CEO.

With over £10 million of his own cash invested, Andrew Austin is certainly not messing about.

Akers is certainly the man to follow. Just check out the charts of AAA, DEV, PIRI and ZOE. Huge multi-bag moves over many months with Akers holding the whole time. Very clear to see that he’s a buy-and-holder. Anyone saying anything to the contrary is ignoring the evidence.

Dilution highly unlikely according to AA.

“If we end up not diluting the company, which is highly likely that we don't dilute, then I'll just stay at 34% as I am.” - 10:48

Clearly with so much of his own money invested here, Andrew Austin will be keeping a very keen eye on the share price. In fact he's only taking a £36k salary, so his returns are massively dependent on share price appreciation. Couldn't ask for greater alignment with shareholders.

Following the money worked out excellently with RRE. 50p to 1850p.

And it will be the same here for those prepared to hold on for the ride.
