Plasterer, a company would want to be listed in order to raise money by issuing shares. It is an easy way to get money from shareholders instead of going to a bank and asking for a loan which you would then have to pay back with interest added too. I think i am quite lucky that i only have 54,000 shares and i am 90% down. Lets see how much of my £640 i can get back!

Thanks for the link plasterer, the article I read says engr was only formed last year but looks like that was wrong it seems it was formed in 2021.

To me it seems quite obvious now that this reverse takeover plot was hatched early last year between Poulden and Moore. EGNR was only started last July and so their are no finances of the company on record. Wishbones share price has been left to rot on purpose and raises for a load of "wages" for RP. Once the share price was at an all time low they announced the reverse takeover with only 30% to wishbone due to the low market cap that it was walked down to. What is the market cap of EGNR to make them worth 70%, what assets or income do they have?

I see old rotten teeths minions are all out this morning. I am sure most people bought shares on the open market seeing as the share price went below the retail offer price. This is better for share holders as less new shares will be issued via the retail offer.

Imagine if i had listened to the likes of trybuy when i bought my shares at 0.07p.

My only mistake was only buying £300 worth of shares. I sold some to get my £300 back after it went to 0.28 so now i have a free ride. Lets see where it gets me!

Richar, I am a long term holder of four and a half years and I can tell you it works. Why you need a LTH to tell you though is puzzling!

Before Covid, lets say Feb 2020, the SP was around 20p.

For me arcm are on my list for a good year but they were on my list for last year too but things have just taken longer than I expected. Here is a handy tip for finding out what date a page was uploaded to google. Just place inurl: just before the full web address which in this case will make it

on the google search page that opens up select Tools and then click on Time and select past year.

This shows that the web page was uploaded on 18th Oct 2022 (it could possibly be updated after that date but that date was the original page date) you can go further back if required by selecting custom range too.
