Marge: If you factor in potential delays with the Guidant IPO, then I agree "Absolutely" 💯%.

I'm hoping that will not be the case though, but it's always a possibility, one has to factor in to the future developments.

My take, Is that we have just passed in slow fashion a key clustered resistance + neckline.

The accumilation phase in that time, is now putting pressure on the next resistance key neckline, now moving towards the ignition phase, should we get a clean break.

Without that Guidant news, it probably will continue in the same way as already seen.

There is that possibility that this gets front runner, ahead of that news, which is now due, if we are to go by the timelines from previous filings.

We are close now, you can feel the pressure building 🔥 Once it lands I think we will clear most of Teks necklines relatively fast.

The Guidant valuation will be key thereafter.

🔹 Clustered Resistance – this is where several resistance points sit close together. When you see that, it usually means there’s been a lot of trading interest around those levels in the past. Once price breaks through, it can move quickly because there’s less selling pressure above.

🔹 Resistance Necklines – these are the trendlines drawn across the top of previous highs. They show where the stock keeps getting pushed back, but each test weakens them a little more.

Right now, TEK has been in a long consolidation (accumulation) phase. Price is pressing against these necklines again — and with the spread tightening and some consistent buying showing up, it’s starting to look like pressure is building for a potential breakout.

If we can see a clean move above these resistance necklines, that’s when ignition often begins.

The yellow marked out key resistance necklines, show you where every pullback will unfold on low volume, preferably a healthy one, before hooking up, like we are seeing now, which if held, will retest that first failed attempt.

Rinse and repeat, while the structure is locked in.

A catalyst however, (Guidant) will bypass alot of the shown structure, how much will depend on that final valuation.

Tekcapital's other drivers will also play a big part in the completion of the full shown structure, With Guidant now being that key part of this puzzle, bringing the momentum now needed.

Interesting technical structure forming here. After weeks of base-building, TEK recently broke out of the double-bottom range, then pulled back to retest support around 9p.

This current price action looks very much like a textbook pullback and hook, where the breakout level is tested before continuation.

We’re also sitting right within that 4–6 week Guidant update window, adding a potential catalyst to what’s already a clean technical setup.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see some front-running here, as more eyes begin to anticipate news and position early ahead of the next update.

If structure holds here and we see strength build above 10p–10.5p, the next phase of the move could unfold quickly.

Patience pays when price, timing and structure begin to align.

Price action is once more turning up.

We are still in a wide bullish channel, ahead of the next income catalyst.

Current price action is now moving off the bottom of that channel.

To breakout of it and navigate further past key resistance levels, it will need that Guidant news dropping.

There is not enough volume to do it short term, alone.
