I think we all have to accept that what CG had hoped to achieve has failed. The whole CBD sector has taken a hammering both in the US and the UK, with most companies having gone bust or been sold for peanuts. So what next for CG? The management are hedging their bets as to what might be the next big thing - Carbon Credits, AI and to be fair none of us have any real idea what that could be. I have always been a believer that Cannabinoids will have a future and that synthetic cannabinoids is the way to go, so I'd plead with the powers that be to look at developing the core synthetic cannabinoids, which will be the pharma of the future. CG doesn't have to make the end products, just supply the raw ingredient - so not cash intensive and no large marketing spend.

He's only spent £17k on the shares, so probably less than 2 months salary. So don't get to excited.

I expect them to announce they are pulling out of the CBD/CBG market and will be seeking a buyer for the cannabinoid products.

The issue with selling in Arab states, is the tight regulations they have on THC (and hence CBD with any trace levels ofCBD). Our CBD should have less THC than the competition but who is going to risk a 3 year prison term? If CG entered into an agreement with the Saudi/Qatar/etc government/royal family that would work.

The whole CBD sector is in wait and see mode, as no one knows how to grow revenue. Look at Amyris which was worth $5bn 2 years ago and has now filed for bankruptcy. Darcy and his team had a clear path forward pushing synthetics over hemp derived but no one in Europe, and I mean no one, is making money selling CBD (and conforming to all regulations). The medicinal cannabis market will be the next to crash.

My partner works in the Pharma sector and they are currently buying non-hemp CBD for £20,000 per kg. They are certain that the CG approach of non-hemp CBD is the future (purity, consistency etc). Maybe CG has just been ahead of its time.

It seems a long while ago that CBX were going to launch a sports recovery range. The CBD balm ranges seems to be the only one's that are selling at present, which is why Orange County CBD are doing the "I can't believe its not Butter" type of advertising, for their Pain relief balm.

Any sign of these?

We now have to wait for the "Function better with Recovery" range, as I think that will target a different demographic and really get the share price movng. Lets hope it isn't another 3 months.

Given their share price has fallen by 50% this month and 80% in the year, not sure the words reflect the reality. Just seen their revenue statement and in the last quarter they sold nothing, nil, zilch.

The only people who take notice of chartist, are chartists. It's cobblers but in the absence of any real market info, people can make up a chart and talk endlessly about it. CG will live or die by bringing new and innovative products to market. It is obviously taking longer than they and we had imagined but they have to get it right this time.

I just hope they have an exclusive deal with Willow on CBG, as I have concerns over how much CBG Willow can actually make. If they can only make say 5kg batches, that won't go far if a major cosmetic company steps in.

The important piece in this is that they did the testing with 0.1% CBG. In our Face Serum we have about 30g of product so we would have to have 30mg of CBG in the product. Nothing on our packaging lets us know how much is actually in the product????

They would be a competitor but we have the advertising muscle to destroy them. But have you seen the strength of CBD used? 2g per tube! They must have worked out that you can't muck around with 20mg doses to relieve pain.

Six months ago I posted about a product called Biosportart, which is a high CBD concentration pain relief gel. Over Christmas I gave some to my uncle as he is waiting for a knee replacement and is hobbling around in pain. This morning he phoned saying it was working well and could he have some more - as he has finished what I gave him. Surely with our zero THC supply of CBD, this is exactly the high CBD sports/movement product CBX should be launching?

Just to be clear on CBGa, while it is closely related to CBG it is not the same chemical that we are using. If you look at https://www.willowbio.com/#products you will see that Willow don't even produce it and neither do Purisis.

So yes it does help show that cannabinoids will be very important but lets not think our products will benefit in any meaningful way.

CBG is not the same as CBGa, much as there are several different types of THC.
While its only an "a" different, it is a different molecule and not what we are using or Willow is making.

The UK and Europe requires that CBG goes through the same Novel Food approval as CBD. There is no chance that CBG will be added to edibles (legally) within the next two years.
