gjh - each cannabinoid has a different effect on the body. CBG is good on skin, it is CBD that will be used in sports products. Our USP is that with a very, very low THC content we can use a very high level of CBD in our products and still be within the legal guidance.
And please can people stop repeating that CBX will be doing animal products anytime soon, as there are even more regulations around animal products that there are for human consumption.
Drax - It is also worth noting that each tablet is 20mg but each person has a different body weight and metabolism. Someone with a 90kg body weight would probably need twice as much as someone weighing 45kg for the same effect.
Some studies show that more of the CBD in oil based products is taken up by the body, than CBD in tablet form.
I'm afraid that the small holding that DBV holds in CBX is small change for ABG. If they are interested in this retail space, they are probably more interested in who we get our CBD and CBG from, rather than some products we haven't yet developed. They could gobble up Willow without blinking.
On the plus side, hopefully DB will still promote CBX in the same way that he promotes The Haig Club (as DBV has a stake in that).
One week ago the FSA come out with a statement on CBD, now after 10 month this report is launched. This is all about tightening up the rules which will take the low grade products off the market. CBX is competing against very cheap hemp based CBD, so the higher quality that CBD has to be, the smaller the price differential.
All CBD has some THC but synthetic has less and it is at a consistent level.

This is a report into the levels of THC allowed in CBD products. If this doesn't help CBX nothing will.
Davwal - Totally agree, at last some sanity on this forum.
Pastwa: And as CBX doesn't come from hemp, there are many countries that might allow CBX who would ban other players. Look what happened in HK only last week.
Can people stop the boy/girl stuff - this is meant to be about the company, not us.
Also before a new CEO comes in, the CEO wants all the bad news out of the way. The timing of the announcement was deliberately after the launch, as they feared this over reaction to the share price. The main Movement products is where the value is, not CBD gels, tinctures etc.
If CBX are meant to be educating the market, how can they do that without saying the product has 1% CBG or 0.01% CBG? Otherwise competitors can add 0.000000001% CBG and make the same claims as CBX. Customers have to be able to compare something with something.
Given the importance they are placing on CBG as an active ingredient for the skincare range, can anyone see how much CBG is actually in the products? Can't find it on the web site.
I've never read such twaddle than has been on this forum over the past few weeks and I hope that most readers take no notice of the chartists and those ramping the stock. Have any of you looked at the sales generated by our partner Willow or the sales of the likes of OTO CBD or Chill Brands? Thought not, as that takes effort. Much better to toss a coin and predict the weather.
Having said that I think CBX will do very well.
Amran and others - the requirements to put CBD into pet food is even more stringent than putting it into supplements for human consumption. It takes over two years to get approval for humans, so don't be thinking pet food is on the near horizon. If they concentrate on cosmetics and sports wellness, that's good enough for me.
CG are looking to launch products backed up by real data, so can't get involved with all the flim flam of other quick to market CBD retailers. You have got to give them time and space to do that.
