Flappin chicken I ask because rule 14 states automatic suspension as a result of - "fundamental change in its business, board or voting control"... Im no expert but as we're no longer invested in TRAC we own it!! The Company has fundementally become a financial technology company which differs from Liongolds admission document to AIM which is in facy Kolar Golds admission document. We didnt necessarily break any rules, we are conpkying with the rules? Could be wrong!!

If the enlarged entity seeks admission, it must make an application in the same manner as any other applicant applying for admission of its securities for the first time.
