TRAC takeover was a month ago wouldnt regulators have enforced a suspension then? We'll know soon enough. The RNS states its due to fundemental change of business so it would need to happen regsrdless. I reckon when this went live they'd have raped us all and drop the price to mates rates, this way V2 goes live during suspension and like DJ mentions we can hope for a re-admission with positive news flow.

Deano ye know when someone is talking nonsense when their figures quoted are x or just double it lol. In other words you dont know. And when proved to be talking utter nonsense you throw in the solicitors and broker fees etc. Why would a broker be involved? There is no share issue there is re-admission of shares for trading. Feel free to show where you come to ur figures. I used the calculator below.

Sayd he holds 4.4% percent but that is 2% shares down from 2.7%
