Theres a couple million shares not showing and likely sells... business as usual

Unfortunately theres no real sign a deal announcement is imminent. Excitement is building here but as I stated earlier there's no cash and the talks are "progressing well" we're told. Could be nxt year for all we know. Im hoping for a deal like everyone else but talks have been ongoing for years it says so on the valirx website...

The TRAC shareholders are locked in for 12 months. No?

Company went through a fundamental change of business (its in the RNS) and requires re-admission to AIM, its procedure and will be business as usual worst case ur bored fir 3 months. People should stop worrying. GLA

The negativity here usually comes from traders who hope to be in and out in a couple of days/weeks. Now they have x amount if cash trapped. So its the boards fault etc etc.

Im hoping him taking part in the placing means one isnt on the horizon that he knows of. Id say were a couple of months from a fund raise or a JV deal because the company has no cash and the burn rate isn't peanuts

I dont think I would have sold knowing this was coming... "IF" the launch is going to drive the SP up on re-admission nobody will lose here. If you're trading then I suppose thats the risk you took. There might be a placing in the next couple of months I suppose but future of this company wont be decided in the nxt 3 months... the real value will be created if we can get GB to realy take off.

The shareholders own the company, the board are as entitled to the compqny property as we are. They dont own as many shares as PIs either. There would be a law suit bigger than the OJ case. I dont even think its possible tbh.

I hope there isnt a delay in GB2. I would like the company Mcap to be realised without manipulation. I was worried following the release the SP would dip tbh. There wont be an income for quite some time id imagine... Same manipulation might just happen on readmission tbh.

I think going from what you post3d top prize we could have maintained trading if we'd TO an AIM listed explorer.

I think the issue here is before we were a gold exploration company with interests in fin-tech. Now as CP stated our main source of income will be fin-Tech. That is maybe were the fundamental change of business issue arises. Its possible the launch of GB2 gives the reason for rule 14 to be enforced.
