hope you're right but I don't see anything but a JV announcement holding this up. they need working capital, I don't think it'll matter how the charts appear when they raise a couple of million in a placing... we're all going on snippets of info and trying to read between the lines here.

Starting to be quite "bearish" on this. There's a placing coming if a deal doesnt materialise, and that doesnt seem any closer imo.

Clive Mitchell and Nigel Verdon are both directors of Payrnet and the company is tied to TRAC via the FCA (info on website). Seems everything is in place with financial intermediaries. Good enough for me.

I dont know anything about payrnet other than Nigel Verdon of Railsbank being a director. TRAC are registered with the FCA it was in the RNS therefore I dont see any confusion... I still dont believe you're going to this depth to research a company you're looking yo invest in while its suspended...

Its not unfounded the level of negativity in here has increased since the suspension. So what is it about the TRAC FCA licence you arent sure about Mask? Email LION im sure they'll be happy to answer any questions...

You've been here asking the same questions about FCA approval etc. For quite a while its not the first time and yet you're not even invested if you're doing your due diligence lol. How can you consider your posts anything but negative? Youve said thid morning whats to stop a major bank copying the bluebrint for railsbanks API and continuously ignoring the FCA registration of TRAC (FCA No 902012) due diligence my erse. TRAC are registered as an agent to provide certain services if you look up the FCA website. What isnt obvious is if they are covered by FSCS. I dont believe we need that as with Goldbloc you will own physical gold. Its your property and as CP says there no risk from 3rd party issues. Its your property.

I think thats a part of the business that cant be protected but im far from knowledgable in the subject. This is where we need to hope the business takes off and is marketed to gain good traction imo.

Is the share price being held here to allow placing shares to be sold at profit? Or is buying pressure preventing it from dropping further? Any thoughts? If this level of selling (late trades) isnt enough to drop the SP then shouldn't it climb when it stops?

You guys are like clockwork. Lol come out in little teams now and then liking each others posts and using totally unrelated generic info to try confuse or frighten the PI. Problem is PIs invest on what news is announced by the company "experts" not morons who can use google. New investors listen to the CEO or these tools? Thats the choice! WHAT THE FOOK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT. Can you read my posts before replying to the voices in your head. Ffs. We have about 3 months of working capital remaining. We've all been discussing funding for months and also discussed the resolution that weren't voted on. Theres no elephant its been well discussed lol.
