more likely they had no option but to withdraw. If a deal was close they wouldn't have required 6 &7 as part of the AGM in the first place. there's a question mark now over how the company will be funded going forward...

I'm guessing they were withdrawn as a result of not being supported by a significant proportion of investors. I if I'm not mistaken that means they weren't voted on at the AGM?

So the BOD are going to dilute as much as possible and even hold off commercialisation to P1$$ Off PIs, what planet you on? That would be malicious and self harming. Ur making no sense. They would snatch at a deal to progress their drugs and also send the share price through the roof. The point of a business is to make money. Ur telling me they are against that lol

To say the board would be unhappy to see investors make money is nonsense man!! They are shareholders also and have options as well. increasing the SP through commercialisation of the developed drugs and GeneIce is the goal for everyone. What would you suggest he BOD goals are if not success???

Im Investing in the prospect of one or more of the drugs being commercialised. Id love to see the SP going up before hand. Just because it feels **** looking at your portfolio. The end goal is still the same. Hopefully it'll be this year, understand that may not happen. I hooe the actions of the board are in the companies best interests and as a result the eventual outcome will favour investors...

Can someone tell me why all of a sudden were looking at 6p, 10p or 15p come Friday? We've barely broken 4p before it dropped into the 2s again. Also why would we have a JV by Friday? Ddubya there was an RNS mid April about adding commercial partners in the US and China with regards to progressing GeneIce. Problem is it's all we have I believe. Id love to know more specifics on what these partners will bring to the table. Id like an RNS to explain more...

I think the BODs interests have to be the commercialisation of GeneIce or the drugs developed with investors funds . I believe this is the end goal and not funding their lifestyle...whether im right or not I suppose time will tell. I get annoyed with waiting and fund raising etc... Frustration at the end goal not happening when we want it I suppose is normal, but that doesn't make the end goal a fantasy built on lies. My opinion, but the world isn't perfect so ill wait and see...

Going on how much these companies are spending on exploration, and what they are actually finding...hopefully in simple terms if we have something viable it'll be a more cost efficient option to JV or purchase from GGP. Dig us all out this hole.

I think should Goldbloc become slightly successful Lionsgold will be eaten up by a conventional bank. I dont see it growing to the point of millions of customers. Either way ill be happy.
