Let's hope so. I find it quite bizarre that a company's shares can be traded on one exchange while suspended on two others.
On resumption of PQE trading I expect a downward correction/catch-up before a subsequent rally. Could present a good buying opportunity, as the prospects for Petroteq have not diminished.

There are also options not linked to performance so it looks like whether things go well or not, they will be feathering their nests further.

No info on performance criteria but I'm guessing the SP will be part of the requirement, hence why they failed the lapsed one. I'm hoping it's a sign of some good news just around the corner...

Looks like their performance failed to meet criteria for last option grant, so they've issued new ones as the old ones have lapsed.

This PQE takeover seems to be getting more real with every update. Let's hope the "Major" involved has their sights set on Tomco and Quadrise as well??

For Tomco to offer 29% of their company in exchange for 50% of Greenfield, suggests to me they are very confident of success, with funding possibly being conditionally agreed. Either that or if Greenfield fails, Tomco won't be worth a hill of beans!!!

No, they should release an update on THEIR ability to make MSAR/BioMSAR from the Tomco feedstock.

I'm not so sure. QFI may well release the results, or a summary of the success. Tomco's communication record is a lot worse than QFI's so depending on who releases the results we could be looking at next week or early Sept, (from QFI) or god knows when???? (from Tomco)

With the changes at Petroteq, potential bid in the offing (from Shell???), Shell's tie up with MSC, potential MSC/QFI trials in future, it could be an attempt to bring all the pieces together to supply MSC with a low sulpur, reduced carbon fuel. Are the (lucky) stars aligning???

Perhaps as a privately owned company they did not want all the associated scrutiny of their business by potential lenders/investors in the project. Or, maybe a potential lender wanted a slice of the companies involved in Greenfield as part repayment and Valkor wanted to keep their shares in-house??

HL have the Bid on their website at 4.01 but a dummy trade sell for 100,000 was offered 4.317. Why do they bother with all this nonsense on QFI shares???

The current "indicative" bid of 4.03 has no resemblance to the actual trades going through. This with the exaggerated spread of 15.88% tells me there is a lot of demand, outstripping the sellers. More nonsense to try and get the panic sellers....
