LO clearly had no confidence in the IOG team and, so far, no sign of any directors averaging down on their holdings, so maybe they have little self-confidence ?!

Maqsood7- hardly almost out as still hold over 45 million shares as far as we know from the TR1.

Isn't each whole percentage boundary change over 3% meant to be announced, or is this single announcement sufficient per day summarising total sold ?

Who is buying up all those Lombard shares I wonder ? Another TR1 might give us the answer if it's one party or even a couple of already major holders ? Time will tell I guess.

Mole - must be mad to be in IOG ! I just want to know the full picture as it currently stands, as if they come clean on still bad issues at Blythe and Elgood later it may impact any recovery that is achieved with Southwark improvement, so far better to get it all on the table now and then any improvements on the production rates will not be at risk if other bad news comes along to prevent a good reaction.

Lot of gambler chances arrived since yesterday looking for a straight repeat of the sp movement from Oct19th to end Nov when sp more than doubled in 6 weeks, but that was with prospect of Southwark on the horizon. Now is a very different picture so very naive to expect same sp response, but it could of course happen if enough gamblers keep buying before more newsflow and sellers stop, but it is very high risk IMO as more bad news could follow over next few weeks on all fronts. Each to their own though of course !

I want an update on status of Blythe and Elgood production by tomorrow morning as we could be sitting with virtually no production at present if those problems are still bad, and the lack of mention so far makes me think that is the case. Come on IOG, shape up and act like a responsible company for once by keeping your shareholders rightfully informed.

Janiax- why overdone? IOG do not have a single producing asset without issues seriously hindering production, and they've missed out being in full production with delayed wells whilst highest gas prices in history have been in place ! Had they succeeded on time to date then the sp would be well over £1 by now I reckon and huge cash would be in the bank with debt paid off probably.

Aligator- you're not alone thinking this whole thing stinks. Hard to believe that one company constantly has such "bad luck" despite having "experts" at the helm with multiple decades of experience yet can't seem to identify all these problems or resolve effectively. It's almost as though you could think they profit in some way from such issues, and why do the big holders like LOG admin keep holding too ? Something seems strange.....but of course that's just how it might appear and no suspect activity could possibly be going on in reality with all the governance that is in place.

Sharepoint - it's called Elgood, but it's actually Blythe being re-drilled (H2) after A1 in the HOPE of it reducing that water issue, not guaranteed by any stretch. And A1 was halted due to the continued fluid losses so again no guarantee that will go smoothly either upon restarting. So whilst things are planned they all have existing problems, so it is far from certain I'm afraid that any great resurgence in sp is on the horizon in 2023. Without income from good production at Southwark et al then money is going to dwindle away with operating costs and debt repayment or refinancing looms large too. Not a great outlook if they don't sort all these issues out quicksmart.

They also didn't state just one section had water ingress. They don't know until the equipment arrives to detect where it is coming from to see if any sections are OK to produce just gas as they could all be saturated, nobody knows yet but at such a high water figure per day my feeling is that it'll be most sections and could renderA2 non commercial but that all just IMHO. The wording suggests that the gas flow is poor anyway and that the water is a further additional problem, not necessarily the cause of poor gas flow. IOG really need to issue regular comms on these issues now to keep all investors fully briefed and fill in the missing detail as soon as available, not when it suits them. Total ****show.

Misleading post as only a small percentage is hedged, around 3 mmscfd, and those production figures are old and pre some issues with flow so likely to be significantly lower. Really IOG should be updating on the latest production situation with Blythe and Elgood too do that investors have accurate up to date info. Again, very poor comms from IOG team and no better than the AH days.

OliviaOil- this is already supposed to be that period of steady production and no further surprises but they've managed to balls up all 3 fields now ! This board simply have to fall on their swords now surely. The new ops guy has hardly started well either by overseeing this disaster without spotting any issue and RN lost all credibility with same old lack of newsflow when they must have known of problems. Hard to see a future for IOG at this moment as they must be a laughing stock now and a name linked with problems in everything they touch.

MickR, they will burn cash fixing all their problems, plus they have large debt. And who knows how little they are producing niw from those dodgy Wells ? They didn't even mention them so clearly no improvement on previous.

This has been fracced and still only getting MAX of 4 mmscfd compared to expected 20 plus, so a huge miss here and Southwark not going to be commercial IMO. Gutted and speechless but only myself to blame for trusting IOG to achieve something despite disappointing so often over my years invested in them. Fools never learn huh.
