Ok I get why Amazon are interested in Future Retail, & I get why Future Retail are interested in Koov's.

I'm less sure why Amazon are interested in Koov's (indirectly 30% ofc)

I mean are they even bothered at all, would they not have plenty of clothing retailers lining up to flood the stores/india markets of there own accord, or are we saying because they own 30% of us they will pump us over all others ?

Well last time I thought this was a farce & then promptly an RNS popped out next day it happened.

Whats the (5) code then ?

The bigger problem for the sellers is when to time the buy back.

Presume its natural to close out at the end of the day & buy in during the day.

But if you look at the profit points on Amerisur it all happens in the first 5min of trading in the mornings(or last minute of the day/after hours), so good luck with timings.

Fair enough, I suppose I was also thinkin along the lines of generally expanding the pipeline to any rather hard to truck area that currently has large oil production, whether we own it or not ie...the Service side development.

Given that there is oil abounding in the CPO 5 field, whether or not we sell our 30% or buy more of it, wouldn't it make sense to start expanding the pipeline in that direction.

Since we now seem to be adopting a policy of shipping third party oil, as an extra income stream.

Just the sort of risk that needs avoiding right now i would say for Amerisur.

Going by past Amerisur experience, a prolonged drop in Oil price would effect competitors far worse than us (re no cheap pipeline, & no debt), so whilst cash generation maybe weaker going forward - dont we already have a sufficient cash pile to drive growth by acquisition & third party pipeline rental rather than production (which could be kept to a minimum till prices rise?)

I'd love to here some decent (unramped/deramped) fair value assessments of the company's current valuation.

Building in Cash generated since last accounts, additional unmapped reserves added to balance sheet(T/U Sands), fair value of a fully functional Pipeline (in a lower POO environment+with redundancy farmed out to third parties on reasonable trade terms), value of 50% of held acerage on the 4 blocks sold(say 93m) + 93 million drilling campaign as an asset. Also a reasonable valuation for a 30% CPO 5 block (either as the full reserve if sold or as an ongoing production. + A value for any remaining unsold/investigated blocks still held. Represent all that as a pence per share.

On a side note, how does the new Mecaya block work, we have a 58% (effective economic interest) & yet we selling 50% to Occies - does that mean we down to 29% profits from this block ?

I feel it will need the combination of new financial statements (inc revised oil reserves) & a decent oil strike at CPO-5, to really kick start it, their has just been to much prolonged fail to give investor confidence as yet.

Kinda like having the security of a deposit account, re tonnes of cash held in company + solid assets, but the growth potential of a high risk stock. Not a bad punt at current ask at all.

Still I hate the management but well do u really need jam on it.

Its a full 'Battle Royale' today buyers/sellers, who will win I carnt decide, but omg its so much more exciting than the MM gamesters, thats for sure.

I'm tired of these MM daily games, i think its time to switch off the computer for 2 months, & revisit after actual news has had its obvious effect on this share & then having (hopefully) recovered losses, get rid of the dirty turd in my portfolio along with its self serving BoD.

I bet the guy who sold 200,000 @ 10.46p wished he had held off for another hour or so, its carnage out there

I managed a top up at 10.57am 12,352 shares at 10.40p & then it broke :(
