All my growth shares have flown up today. They were doing well before the US inflation though. I guess after a pretty miserable week last week the news gets baked in and we recover.

It would be good if this can get moving through.

In a hyper growth company costs are going to go up. To get those sales you have to investment in back room, sales teams, marketing, governance, etc.

Poor stop being obtuse. It’s clear that the large part of the legal work has already been done. Winding down as empty holding company is not going to bear the costs that the reorganisation and plan has clearly.

I think the problem lies in you thinking there is everything or play for when the reality is this final phase is largely procedural.

The second part of mountainous last post is probably the most relevant post on here in a good while and one which you largely will not understand.

Poor - Insolvency specialists wind companies up every day of the week. What is so special about the Cine case that they are going to ignore the legal pecking order of who gets what in this situation and give something to shareholders. It's a legal process and legally holders are at the back of the queue.

I was going to reply to your post earlier but I was busy at work. The bit that made me chuckle was the talk of the UK system being fairer. Absolute nonsense. The reason CW went for C11 in the states is because it works better for debtors due to the mechanisms around legal protection from creditors and control of the company. The first thing a Uk administrator does is remove management and take control of the company.

The UK system cannot magically pull something out of the back for holders here. They still get paid last and everyone else has to get paid first.

Also you talk about how expensive this will be to drag on - the big piece of legal work has already been done, this is a tie up of loose ends.
