Given what led to the shares being suspended and their alleged role in what happened I’d be surprised if those guys could ever wilfully take part in the governance of the company again. I think those shares are dead now in terms of % required to control the BOD. I think they are probably more worried about a knock on the door.

That’s what has ultimately led to Bob going imo. Boohoo we’re very close to the 50% just off their own holdings when the founders were taken out. One of the iis on board, given they would struggle to justify Bob from a governance POV given what happened at then AGM and boohoo would have been cut and dry.
