He’s leaving at the end of august. If you don’t know what was wrong with the AGM then I would suggest you read up a bit on corporate governance.

Bob’s orchestrated display at the AGM made RevB untouchable to any future institutional investor. Firstly trying to stop the vote from even happening.

PeePee - what on earth are you going on about the Carillion collapse was years ago. The UK government will never be able to set executive pay and UK execs are paid a lot loss than their American counterparts.

There’s already rules around paying dividends in that the company has do have the distributable reserves.

PeePee - BH do not need to buy RevB. They are the largest shareholder and now control the BOD. Once they’ve overseen the implementation of the new CEO they can concentrate on the strategic fit, which was the very reason they invested in them in the first place.

Inflation is going to drop out over the next few months anyway due to the strong comparative. However I think it’s the amount it’s dropped that has caused the excitement, especially with the US going the way it is.

They won’t be Oke - in the analysts called they were asked some pointed questions on it. They’ve be dual running costs with Sheffield and all sorts.

I think they wanted that from the off anyway and for them that started with an industry relevant board. On the Boohoo analyst call they spoke about how this move into RevB is of strategic importance. So I doubt they are very much bothered about SP at this moment of time and more about the operational performance of the company.
