Perhaps they could move the shares into your name and close your account? Haven’t got a clue how this works in practise as have always used mainstream broker and held nominee shares.

We know them headwinds are receding from the last trading update and analyst’s call. Boohoo had a net cash position through quality working capital management when the consensus seemed to be a massive move into debt.

This company is managed a lot better than you give the BOD credit for. We are not quite at the pivot point I thought we were at after that update, which is when I came back in, but I don’t think we are that far off.

I’ll caveat this with I’m expecting heavy exceptional costs while the US NDC is coming online. Plus I don’t think we can device the whole USA with 1m square feet. That’ll end up swallowing more and more cap ex depending on how qualify it reaches capacity.

All that doesn’t matter though providing profitable trading conditions return. Everything changes then - returns etc become less of an issue.

If you believe this to the case it might be worth reading the last trading update which warned that the sanctions were causing them all kinds of issues. This was also before they lost their ability to produce audited accounts. Which means they have no verifiable information to offer up to not just the financial markets but everyday creditors that they would need to supply the information to.

Major customer and suppliers for example will want a set of accounts as they will have to carry out their own due diligence for their own corporate governance.
