'PS.
Though it's still very bad, the Birmingham shortfall is about £1 Billion. (It should be investigated and maybe heads should roll). Why don't you both make a fuss about the £5 Billion lost to scrapped PPE equipment. tuan, check with warks (he's an accountant, (apparently) so should be able to help you, 5 is bigger than 1. Quite a lot bigger actually...'
This is what happens when simpletons get the chance to look at things retrospectively. PPE at that time was very difficult, the whole world was trying to get hold of it. An impossible position at the time and I'm saying that as having worked in the supply chain at that particular time sourcing PPE, hand soap, facemasks, etc, for large organisations in the construction industry and facilities companies supplying local government. We turned our 3D printers round to make visors for the NHS and supplied gas to the nightingale hospital ventilators.
If I was you I would take a step back from the keyboard, take a breath, re-read your posts and ask yourself 'Do I sound rational?'
