I’ve used the middle of the two ranges from the Boohoo guidance - so H1 24 decline 10-15% is 12.5% and FY 24 0-5% is 2.5% decline.

You can clearly see that H2 growth is 7.5%. So please stop continually posting same dribble over and over again as BH are clearly guiding for growth in H2 24.

But can you see as you are comparing two percentages against those same periods last year that after having a poor start, which is six months vs 6 months, in the second half those %s recover.

This is the problem PeePer I honestly thing you don't understand the numbers. BH could potentially match last year and claw back the declines from the first six months in the second six months. That would involve a positive return to growth.

You keep posting this while telling us of the lack of growth. Your position on contradictory and you cannot see it.

PeePer - The brands are set up as individual subsidiaries which are all listed at companies house. You can look at them as they are publicly available information.

Debenhams has only been going 18-24 months. What were Boohoo doing back them between 2015-2017?

This means at the balance sheet date they had enough cash in the bank to be able to repay the facility.

The £5.9m is net - so £330.9m cash and drawn down facility of £325m.

Peeper - That's not true. At the last accounting date we had net cash of £9m, which means they could repay the facility, still have cash in the bank and be able to draw it down again.

It depends what type of hedge you are using. You can protect yourself at a minimum cost without necessary having to carry out a transaction.

I work with hedging tools regularly be it to protect against interest rates, FX, copper pricing, etc.etc.
