Who is mohamnx18? This is exactly why i dont post a lot and this will be my last on this subject. I dont have 'insider' information but have been told about Indian trip and this info. The delays worry me like other shareholders and these boards make it worse. Im just not leaving SYN yet as I fully believe the news will transform the company and move it forward

Gordon, look at my posts i am not a ramper, trust me i have a decent shareholding in the company, and will happily admit if i am wrong but this is on good authority

My worry is not the approval (I have on good authority is has been signed by GOI) i just cant see the sustainability of any price movement, once we get the initial uplift from the confirmation of the JV agreement will it just be like other AIM shares that just drift back down quickly?

My guess would be that, those in the know knew Selen's CEO and colleagues were in London and assumed GOI approval was forthcoming which moved the SP, however we now know it was for the work programme. Maybe I have more faith than others but why would they be here if GOI approval wasn't happening in the near future. Had a holding in this company longer than most and although Roland may not be the best with communications and timelines but I think he has done a good job thus far and this SP will catch a lot of people out when it finally delivers the value we have. You will see I dont post here much but do read all comments. I spoke to Roland the day after the AGM and as much as i am confident in him I am still sat on the fence on this as an investment. Points to be clear on, he confirmed that they had been messed around by a JV and the one he was trying to finalise going to India for was in fact not a major but a dynamic Indian company and he seemed very confident about getting it over the line before Christmas. I asked on the raise issue and he shut me down but i did think why was he off to present after our call if he wasn't looking at a raise. At the time he said he was just ironing the finer detail and waiting to jump on a plane to India to rubber stamp the deal. His words were that he believed their would be medium term value for shareholders

Did anyone else notice his slip of the tongue early in the webinar. I think he was going to say principal ie deal in pricipal for ESS sale and then changed to Plan! Maybe its all agreed in principal?
