Does anyone know who is buying the blocks - seems to be a pattern of someone aquiring slow and steady? Also i see website has finally updated shares in issue. Total issued shares as at 19 January 2026 15,571,741,779.

Newbie do you honestly think 55p? For the whole lot i think it would be £1 not sure what others think. 1.7 billion revenue last year, i know the debt is a big issue but one of the big Amercans could use some cash in the offer and lower the debt and they are getting a monster cheap. MCAP 130 million, offer £450 million to buy all the shares and take on the debt. Playtech didnt seem worried at 1.56 and the actual structure of the company is better now than it was then. Yes the market has changed but still heavily undervalued. World Cup year too which is massive for these companies

It has to be 1 of 3 things and I agree with CJ and think this is the shorts in play 3.61% of this stock is shorts so that would equate to needing 16245000 shares. 2500000 have been bought today (obviously not 100% accurate live data from sharescope) so still a long way to go if all want to close. 2. it could be great results and 3 it could be potential merger / aquisition / takeover. GLA especially long term holders

Shorts could be being squeezed! Hopefully some good news next week on results then a bidder or 2!

Gordon, I know that i just like peoples opinions. Market sentiment is going to need to shift on this share because it has been doom and gloom for the large part. Its like the clarity on shares in issue as website still states different and this will make a big difference to the payouts

Not being negative but more sells than buys today, may have found a level for now. Kievsky would you share your holding and average? If you are buying and went to AGM what do you feel this will go to or you will get back? I couldnt go to AGM as was away

Yes i read this whilst walking the dog, but by buying at that price i have a lower average which i think i am comfortable with. Something is definately afoot as I dont think we have ever had buys like this for days albeit very small ones giving a gradual rise. Due to the history of this share it feels manipulated and worrying lol

They have to treat all shareholders fairly and IMHO the people who buy now will reap the benefits. As a long term holder i averaged down at 0.0072 which now looks good (wish i would have done more) but it will have to be done as a buyback so they reduce the shares in issue and i know it cant be done as a dividend. RW wouldnt get a raise through as look at the last one at 0.03, a good friend of mine got asked to go in (he declined) but that was a real struggle. I am sure also the directors on half pay will want the payouts as they will likely get there back pay in share form and at these low prices they will be quids in and the payout will be to them too

I dont think it can be done as a dividend if you ar claiming against losses for a tax rate and technically it wont be profit to distribute. Ultimately it will be AIM rules if the company has to go private to pay out the funds, and from everything i have heard they are keen to do this. Having been a long term holder have been looking back at some old level 2 data and transactions:

I would be interested to hear what people think the share price could be on disposal? I am now of the belief 6-7 million will be given to shareholders in some sort of buyback. I also think this will move the company private as effectively it will become a cash shell company and you cant be on AIM for that. With AIM market sentiment holds the key which i believe this share really struggles with. Surely if 6 - 7 million is RNS'd out to be paid out the SP sits at 0.4 -0.5

Rossannan - Any saving saved by the lower tax threshold will now be used to fund the extra AIM costs for at least another year to 18 months. We have been told we are on minimum costs but these will still be £8500 monthly plus salaries. Lets sat they receive 4.8 million i the first tranche. At a 10% rate my guess would be that the full 10% would be withheld for tax so that will be around 1 million. My guess would be the £800000 (to run the co for the next year) would be also held leaving 3 million that could be paid to shareholders. This would then assume tax paid on second tranche and then potentially the same or more being paid out on the second tranche. I think out of this they would then take 24 months company costs and salaries because i believe the tax is held for 3 years at which point they could reclaim it. My guess is 6 million pounds paid to shareholders out of the 10 which would equate to a sp of 0.04 being paid out. I personally dont think any new venture will be at a cost to the shareholders i think they will re align the company and RW will use his expertise on JV's with no initial cost to us but with a little more control.

I would love to see some II's on board or swallow us up for the 10 million we are about to sign into with the sale. When you write it down it doesnt sound so mad does it? 10 million to buy the whole company when you will receive 10 million from the sale if this and RW's expertise would allow you to add to your existing business.

I think SYN is pure proof of jam tomorrow with previous valuations and the risk of AIM. There seems to be some small buyers about which is moving the SP Slowly, now just waiting for a massive dump off and being back where we started.

Sajad, I am more positive than most and would have love to have gone to the last 2 meetings but i have been away, if only to put faces to those who post on here. No one likes losing money and I think Selan have done a job on us but we have to deal with where we are. I will assess the decisions as they get offered and i think RW was trying to go private for the right reasons but i also understand the sceptasism from LTH's. GLA

Gordon, I actually agree with you on the asset being valued significantly higher, however its only worth what someone is willing to pay. If i was in RW's shoes i would have tried to play Selan at there own games as he must have some mates in the game and got another bid. In reality this may not have been possible. My main worry is the CFO as if you look at his track record if these funds do come in, i think he could have too much influence.

Forgot to add Current MCAP £1.4 million - Takeover say at £5 - 9 million, stop the sale and you would be getting a £10 million asset plus potentially more

The next flurry of buys will only come on 2 bits of news, firstly sale agreed (including bank guarantee) and secondly what amount will be returned to shareholders. The latter in my mind will move the dial inline with what people are going to get. Eg the euivilent of 0.02 is paid out in both tranches we will likely trade at the 0.03 - 0.04 mark. I think the worry with this company is the market does not believe we will get the funds from Selan and it could run out of money. We can see from the last fund raise it was a disaster so i genuinely dont think they could raise from the markets again. I would also imagine that now we arent de listing they will look to factor in costs to keep the business afloat for say 24 -36 months which is where not de listing will mean shareholders receive less than being private. I am not saying i agree with going private but i know from experience the costs would have been significantly lower than AIM. I have taken a hit here and realisticaly have written the whole lot off but hope for either of the following: 1 - Sale proceeds, share buyback happens and we all get something like 0.03 to 0.04 for our shares and we walk away (Obviously the more the better). 2 (Long shot)- Someone tries to take us over who has funds to push back at Selan and make them accountable for not completing the work programme on time and plays them at there own game. If we were never looking like running out of funds this would have never happened to us as this was obviously there plan all along

The market had already priced in delisting IMHO. The SP has acres true to form, spike then pull back will likely drop further. Only RNS that re rates this stock is the sale confirmation and shareholder knowing how much you will get in a share buy back

Look RW has not covered himself in glory whilst being CEO but I think he has made it clear of his intentions to return funds to shareholders. I actually believe that he wanted to take it private to return more funds to shareholders. From my understanding is no more funds will be allocated to CCS but it will be a ‘free carry’ arrangement. Once the RNS is out on the tax rate and amount being returned this will do 100-300%.

There must be a seller in the background or is it being played. A lot of buys on Level 2 and looks like more buys than sells everyday recently. I genuinely cant work out the L2 action on this share. To me this is either being scaremongered to get PI's out or the poop really has hit the fan and they are letting it go like the titanic. I thought the removal from the trust was to allow a takeover to go through. Im sure we will find out soon enough with either a bid or a lot of TR1 disposals
