Londonse, you are right about this being proof regarding lions view but the thing is there has been this sort of proof repeatedly over the past year and no matter how many times it happens you still get the same ramping and people saying it's going to multi bag etc. How many times does the same thing have to happen before people realise the pattern here?. Believe me this large rise and quick fall will made no difference here. It will happen again and again and again.

If successful then this would open the door to further claims against the former directors of the company.

I may have been a bit too harsh on 9 inch nail last night as my posts have been deleted. Just annoys me when people come on here and are dishonest in their motives. Just admit your a shorter and have an agenda. Kept avoiding the question and deramping multiple times so I may have got a bit too angry. I shouldnt have wasted my time on him. They have already mentioned in previous rns that they have been approached by several parties interested in part or all of the assets 9 inch. Why not read those first before making comments like they may cancel the process due to lack of interest. At least stick to the facts that are out there.

It's a shame drunk that you sold some of your shares at such a low price. You could have hold onto them and sold them at 6 times the amount you got for them.

Shame to the rampers and those who defended the company on here, they know who they are. People were continuously warned and they were called derampers and attacked.

I'm assuming that the shares are now outside of an ISA now so the tax free status is lost?. They are still listed in my ISA in hargreaves landown when I look though?. I ask because I wanted to know whether if this RTO fails would I be able to use the loss to offset other gains?

The share price over recent weeks has been kept within a certain range for some reason.

It's only something like 0.4 percent of the total number of shares so I don't see why it would "tank" the share price.

I think most of the holders that have been here before suspension intend to hold until a sale. I am in that group. It doesn't stop me watching the share price a bit too often though!. However I don't look at the price thinking should I sell up I look and think should I top up!. If I had money free on that drop earlier I don't think I could have resisted putting more in despite it bringing my average up.

I just couldn't bring myself to sell prior to seeing the outcome as it's been quite a ride so far with ups and down and some battles prior to and during suspension with the likes of spikey, frankey, TDT etc. It's going to be very strange once this is all over as I've got quite attached to this board!

I knew as soon as Sam brought in that it would put a stop to the rise (although only temporarily I think). I remember watching the rapid rise after suspension was lifted and was excited and then when sam posted saying he had brought in I though oh God please no!

Well the bod have much more shares than we do so they would be shafting themselves if they did that.

The share price is like an erratic heart monitor at the moment. Up, down, up, down, up, down. It's making me dizzy lol!

I remember those dark days when the share price halved. I remember looking and thinking should I just sell up as all my shares were doing poorly at the time and I wasn't prepared to lose it all. I was out for the day at the time and decided not to sell and just not look at it for the day. Glad I didn't sell now!
