One of my friends who I Skype is Scottish and is currently living is Scotland, she is one of the funniest and uplifting people you could meet. She could use the username happy Scot and it would be accurate but not the person who is using it on here judging by the posts.

The problem here is that often the derampers will produce a figure and provide no research to back it up. If there are so called rampers or derampers that state figures and can back up their opinion with actual research and facts then I will listen to either side. Otherwise I just dismiss it as someone's opinion and we are all know opinions are like a*seholes in that everyone has one. I don't consider it ramping or deramping if the person can back up what they are saying and the so called derampers very rarely do.

Also consider the fact that there are people coming on here for the first time or only come on here when the share price is dropping then disappear like the wind when it rises. I think that shows you the problem with their opinions.

Happy Scot is such an inappropriate user name. Even when you are saying something positive you always have to follow it up with something negative. Your the type of person that could win 20 million on the lottery but follow it up with well that's good but it could have been more money if more people had brought tickets and last week it would have been a 21 million pound jackpot. You never come across as happy in any of your posts and frankly are like a broken record.

Notice how posters that have never been here before turn up and bash the company while the share price is dropping. You never see them when the stock is rising. Then you have that fool who got caught specifically saying they were coming on here to wind everyone up. Transparent. I suggest people use the filter button not worth wasting your time on them.

These people won't come back and apologise when they are wrong. Whereas I believe the long term posters would do that. Take a look how spikey and TDT disappeared when they were proven wrong. Thats what the derampers will do.

As for happy scot seriously can you please see about changing your username to unhappy scot. Seriously if you were a business selling yourself under that username you would be done under the trades description act. We understand you think it will go for less than most people think but more than it is now, change the record please your boring everyone.

I doubt many shareholders would give them more money. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you!

Eddiex probably won't respond to any questions. He's just here to post his unsubstantiated figures without doing the necessary research to back them up. Then he pops off to his other dozen or more accounts he's created to post on other shares message boards. One account per share no doubt.....

Eddiex, whilst it's good to reign in expectations. You are stating that the deal will be for a maximum of 50p. On what basis so you state that?. I'd be interested to know the research you have done to justify this valuation that you could share?. Also you state "will be". Don't know how you can state that as even those who have done the research don't state anything with the certainty you have. If you have nothing to back it up then it's just a guess from the uninformed as I suspect you are.

I think a big problem with this site (apart from the obvious unreliability of the technology where it's in desperate need of updating since it often goes down when needed most) is the fact that you cannot edit your messages after you have posted them or delete them as its easy to make mistakes in the post when quickly composing the message.

This is always the annoying thing about shares. A company has to comment on the rise in a share but it never has to comment on the fall in a share. That rns despite not being a speeding ticket has allowed the Mms to push the share price down. As we have seen since it was issued nothing but falls when prior to that rise after rise.

With quality posts like that calamari calling other people idiots I think you should see if simply wall street have any job opportunities, you clearly have the writing ability to provide future propaganda for them.

The problem is calamari, not everyone knows that, so when they write articles and release them on the internet they get spread about on Twitter so thousands of people will be reading them and potentially taking it at face value. It can affect the share price so they need to be taken to task about it.

Calamari, the articles such as the simply wall street one are simply incorrect. If they aren't willing to do the research necessary then they shouldn't be writing articles that are inaccurate. Hence an article today on another site having to change the misleading title. Shoddy journalism.

Rob, that's just pathetic, have to got nothing better to do than to set tests, I highly doubt it was a test, I think your just covering for you own lack of knowledge. Another one for the filter bin.

We seem to be getting mentions in media this week. Arm chair trader popped up on my phone this morning with article and now share talk mentioning us today.

Thats another interesting combination. I've only ever tried disarrano and coke. Never tried the cranberry, next on my list!

I've got the Tia Maria but not the Bailey's. Haven't tried them together before only seperately. I'm guessing together they taste similar to coffee Bailey's. I like a Tia Maria, vodka and coke (which is called a Black Russian seems appropriate given the assets in Russia!). If we get the sale at a good price I'm going to go through several black Russian ****tails in celebration!

If they can't get this deal done I would prefer they just tell us rather than drag it out even further, especially at this point when there is probably no money left. That way we can at least use the write off against future capital gains tax on other shares (as my shares are now outside of an ISA as everyone's are now they should be able to be used in this way).

When you consider the loss of ISA tax free status, the amount of potential lost opportunities elsewhere and the length of time this has taken the deal would have to be amazing to make up for the cost and apart from antos investing here I can see nothing else that would warrant any faith in this BOD, they haven't exactly showered themselves in glory by their track record.

This was certainly a learning experience and I look at this as a costly lesson that potentially has saved me money going forward by teaching me to avoid these types companies since and in the future.

This company handles PR very poorly. They handled the last placing poorly too with everyone and their dog knowing about it before they announced it. That's the only reason why whether it's true or not about the placing people believe it because the company has form. However the most important thing here is the product they have and it's the reason why people are staying invested.
