Does anyone know if hargreaves lansdown have charges on a normal share dealing account for holding shares please as that's where my shares are?

When I see those rns with the amount of shares they hold and look at my holding I feel so envious. I have no where near their holdings and wish I did lol!

It's even worse than I thought with the confetti. How anyone can ramp this nightmare and still sleep soundly at night clearly doesn't have either a brain or consicence or both!

You stated before that you are here purely for entertainment purposes and aren't invested and yet you have been nothing but negative about the company so you clearly believe it's going to delist and fail completely. How many times are you going to keep posting the same rns Apple?. Stop spamming this board it's getting tedious. It's been what 5 or 6 times now?. Seriously we have all seen it and it's awful just like this company. Anyone ramping this dog should be ashamed of themselves. Myself and many others have lost money here and have tried to stop others doing the same.

I daren't say what I really think of the company, calling it a dog is tame. I've never encountered a company like this in all my years of investing and believe me I've seen some real awful companies and this is the worse by far. Calling it a company is too much of a compliment, a black hole is more accurate. Makes me sick to see how it operates and seftons grubby hands involved again. It's truly sickening.

It would be interesting to know how many holders there are that have sticky hands as a percentage of the total shares. I know the bod have over 20 percent so if there's enough of us too then it would make a hostile taker impossible. I know I wouldn't sell out cheap and a lot of other people wouldn't either. I'm certain the bod wouldn't so that's over 20 percent to start off with.

Thanks brookkers, it was just something that came to mind this morning. I doubt NN had been buying pre suspension as they would have needed to declare if over 3 percent but seems strange to me for them not to Hoover up the shares while they had the chance seems like a missed opportunity when we are right on their doorstep. Although we have been around for a long time maybe they didnt anticipate the sudden rise in price and the for sale sign.

Just a quick thought I wanted to share to see what people think. When the share price was a lot lower than is was when it was closed most of us saw the amount of resources the company had and so we saw the value and brought in. As we are on NN doorstep couldn't they have just done a hostile takeover back then and picked us up on the cheap?. I know they cannot do that now but seems they dropped the ball here missing this right under their noses?. It's just something that came to mind and got no one else to talk to about it since my family don't care!. Thanks for listening.

Squash man, unfortunately my shares aren't in an isa either as I didn't have the allowance on there to buy the shares. I do have losses from previous shares that I can use to lower the tax burden a bit, however if I end up having to pay 20 percent capital gains tax on a big payout on whatever is taxable it's not the end of the world.

Oh yes I forgot that it wasn't aim. Apologies I suppose it's easy to forget this piece of s*** is actually main market!.

If I understand correctly this company is one of the first on aim and so they have been working a long long time to get to this point so I highly doubt they would throw decades of work away cheaply. Especially when they could just mine it themselves.

Aubrey, you do realise that this isn't a company in distress that has put itself up for sale as it's desperate. We have some smart cookies on the board and also some very smart investors who aren't going to just take a low ball offer. We are in a strong postion here and have a very knowledgeable bod and have engaged a fantasic investment bank and a Cambridge educated lawyer specialising in this. We mean business here and if a company isn't willing to pay what they think we are worth we simply won't accept it.

Prop 5, according to spikey he's not short here or invested. He's admitted he's only here to entertain himself as he finds this interesting. So you can pretty much ignore anything he says. I do after learning that strange piece of information.
