Is there a deadline for when we have to apply for shares on the open offer and will we all get an email from our broker with details of the offer?

The thing that is absolutely disgraceful here isn't the fact that they have done a placing but the fact that people on Twitter knew before the rns was issued allowing people to dump shares yesterday in anticipation. That's criminal and the way the company have handled this placing is awful. No confidentiality at all. I would report it to the fca but that would be an absolute waste of time as they are as toothless as goldfish!. The fca may as well not exist for all the good they do. At least dick Turpin wore a mask!

Well done for reporting this to the fca. It's criminal that people knew about this before the rns. Same thing happend with avct.

I really wish people would stop buying shares in this company. It frustrates me to see people who invest without knowing about the death spiral finance deal or still investing whilst knowing this. If people stopped buying shares then the fund couldn't keep dumping. I invested back in the widecell days in my defence.

I really don't know how this company is allowed to continue. If it was any other company they would be put into administration by now. They owe a huge amount of money and have no income or assets to speak of. For the regulator to allow this company to use stock market in this way is beyond belief. Their business is basically issuing shares and that's it!.

I would love to have a business like this. I could just set it up from my home and issue billions of shares while paying myself a fat salary, what a great life!

Also they are allowed to constantly put out vague rns without once giving any revenue figures. Seriously I don't know how they are allowed to continue with this. It annoys me as I've lost money here and I feel for people who are still continuing to lose money.

It's good to see that the rns they put out now are having no effect on the share price. People aren't so easily fooled now. They have learnt from experience how this company works. Most of us have learnt the hard way. What a surprise Seftons name is involved again-not!.

So spikey, dimitri didn't exercise his warrants at 1p as he didn't think he could sell them for more than that?. And yet he's held on to his substantial shareholding well above the 1p mark not selling any despite the share price being well above this mark for some time before suspension?.

We will likely never know why the previous nomad resigned but it's now irrelevant. They have a new highly reputable nomad who would have done due dillegence and if there were any major issues they wouldn't have agreed to be our nomad. They are highly experienced and know a lot more than us about the inner workings of the company and they were happy to act on the companies behalf. The reason for suspension is what they stated in the rns so unless you know of some other sinister reason then we have to go by what's presented.

So they release a statement half an hour before the markets close after watching the share price go up all day letting people buy at 90p upwards before doing anything. It's disgraceful behaviour. They should have released a statement in the morning when they saw the sharp increase in the share price following the sky interview. Aim is certainly like the wild west where anything goes. Shameful behaviour.

Very good news about the new nomad especially one that is so well known and an individual with a great reputation. Puts an end to a lot of the nonsense spouted by some people on this board. Now they will have to go on to some other conspiracy theory. No doubt they will start another negative attack like maybe aliens have stolen all the palladium?

Well said Tilly. Tradevest, you might not like the posts but I think you will find the vast majority of the people on this board love TIllys posts and find them morale boosting along with Ians wonderful posts too.

Penniewise- you pay capital gains tax when you sell the shares if you have them in a normal share dealing account doesn't matter if you transfer the money to your bank account it's tax on the profit if it exceeds your yearly allowance. Unless it's sold in an isa which means no tax at all. You can also deduct any capital losses from up to four years ago.

Thank you for all the time you spend on this board including keeping the guessing game going and for being one of the positive voices it's much appreciated by all. I placed my guess before I knew of the nomad issue and deadline date so no doubt mine is already wrong ( at least I hope it is wrong since its past the new nomad deadline) so I won't be winning that night of passion with septic Lil -luckily!.
