The perforated liner is 26× the length of the currant 114 feet perforations if it was possible to flow 1/3 of that current flow over the whole length of the new well HH2 would have nearly 3500BOPD.

No further drilling would be done at HH without increasing the amount of oil that can be produced & transported from HH by Surrey County Council.

The Kimmeridge which is currently producing & has produced more than 40 barrels oil is now in the UKOG share price.

What we can safely predict is that UKOG's % is now:
86% not 32% of HH
95% not 65% of IOW
65%not 45% of Holmwood

Any resourses from the HH Kimmeridge & beyond that now meet the PRIMMS reporting standard will be added.

It should be remembered that UKOG have until 2022 to appraise & draw up a field development plan for the Kimmeridge so any published numbers could grow significantly.

This can also happen with the Godley Bridge Portland & Kimmeridge reserves as they will not be included untill following the planned 2020 drilling.

SS has already acquired a significant acreage for development which he is sure with his experience & sub terrain development will not be any more invasive than a electric sub station near your home once it is set up apart from the oil being removed daily from the sites which is a minor add on to the currant road usage.

I won't get hung up but 1000BOPD is £60,000 revenue per day & over 3 months that is £540,000 not brought in which is about £360,000 profit lost.

Thanks for your thoughts & they make sence. It is obviously a little disappointing after all the talk of HH1z & 2000 BOPD being long term production by the end of 2019 to be in muddy waters.

I am very happy t the progress on HH2z & look forward to good news in the days ahead.

The interview says the 2 well drill is funded the question is:

Is the HH2 Pilot hole classed as 1 well or the pilot hole & sidetrack as 1 well leaving the funding for HH1z in place & the drill possible?

The alternative may be hinted at in 10 September RNS ie. If successful all future Portland production will be from Horizontal wells.

Could it be the case that they believe from the flow tests that the HH1 vertical well can flow 1000 BOPD without needing to be sidetracked.

The same RNS also states that HH1 will be put into long term production by the end of 2019 not just production so do you really think it will be taken out of production to redrill it? this was originally stated to be to target 2000 BOPD no figures have been given to date only a vague statements.

I understand that no one new what will happen with the HH2z drill & no well cellar was ready for HH 3 but HH1 could also be drilled as the second Portland horizontal if necessary. As you say things can change.

SS has said that the 2 wells are funded so why not get them drilled together & get back on track. We haven't seen the rig contract but it seems that they are getting through HH2z with lightening speed.

How do they get the long solid drill pipes to the horizontal position in such a small diameter hole or are they not solid?

Here is SS interview of 19.12.2018 where he says HH2z & HH1z will be drilled before being put into production at the end of 2019 with a Target of 2000 BOPD by the end of this year.

Hopefully there are no changes that we have not been notified of.

So far SS has been a man of his word so let's look forward to a very happy Christmas & new year this year for UKOG & it's patient shareholders.

It is clearly stated that the Kimmeridge is for development over the longer term with a field development plan by 2022.

As you should be aware the Portland oil is only at HH & a Portland gas discovery at Godley bridge.

There is no point bandying words around with you on your speculation with your small amount of invesment in UKOG.

As I said time will tell, the question is should I take the professional judgement or the ameture?

That's an interesting valuation but I wander if it includes the last Portland upgrade from 7-11 million barrels to 11-14 million barrels & what extra may come due to the water layer being lower.

You never know on the issue of a RNS like that it could spike higher with anticipation..

NPV will be great to allow borrowing instead of dilution for development but the real value is in producing the oil £15-18 per barrel NPV & approx £35 after all production costs.

What value then?

many aspersions cast by many but the 140 million year old ammonites found in the Portland coreing leads to the conclusion be that if the Portland oil is old & mature enough to flow the Kimmeridge should be even more so.

Who knows what has happened at Brockham but if they think the Portland is more mature than the Kimmeridge something is wrong somewhere but where is the question?
