Why is acceptable that disruption is not considered agressive or pravocative against a company, it suppliers & there properties & there employees going about there law abiding bussness on a public highway which has laws that govern them?

Why is it that the people & the organizations, organizing the so called legal demonstration are allowed to shirk there legal responsibilities for the demonstrations that they want to hold?

The organizers should be held accountable that there supporters abide by the law in the demonstrations that they hold.

Registration & clearly visible numbers on a fluresent vests should be mandatory as they may be on the public highway & need to be clearly visible to traffic on the road to prevent accidents where a individual may get knocked over.

If protesters lay in the highway they are causing an obstuction as well as endangering there own life.
This is also intimidating against the drivers of the lorries.

The wearing of balaclavas to hide people's identities to prevent there action's being accountable it comparable to the behavior in riots.

These actions are in my opinion anything but peaceful & why an injunction has been necessary as the common law was not being upheld.

For the injunction to be removed there should.

1. Be a registration process put in as a legal requirement with the protesters clearly identifiable.

2. The organizers should have stewards & maybe CCTV camera's availableto monitor there protesters & be accountable for the conduct of there protesters providing a risk assessment, first aid & an indemnity, where necessary.

Accountability from the organizers is key as it stands the organizers probably think that it is great to have the extreme fringe onboard to grab the headlines!

At present the oil companies are being called the bad guys for needing what is being termed a draconian injunction against persons unknown.

When at present it seems to be acceptable for a unorganized gathering to engage in riotous behavior with no accountability.

I don't know exactly but I am hoping to tune in, in a week or 2 to see 10 or so tankers a day.

They may know that HH1 vertical well will produce 1000BOPD when not under test conditions from KL3 & 4 combined.

The other reasons may be that it is the only Kimmeridge producer at present which the market sees.

UKOG may want at least HH4 drilled before doing the HH1 sidetrack or maybe if it is necessary after HH6 depending on the production rates & any possible future additional production allowence that may be granted.

That way it retains the current production from HH1 & aims to get all 6 wells drilled, tested then put on a gas to wire at the same time.

This may sound like a silly question but;

Is oil flowing into the well boar at this present time while the liner is being inserted or what will make the oil flow?

All very interesting.

SS comments also say that the EWT of HH2z is for min 90 days before retaining HH1 & HH2z for long term production.

If flow rates are good from HH2z this will pay for the next HH3 sidetrack.

It would in my opinion be extremely helpful if some studies were looked at on fracking & the effects of fracking on different rock formations / the pressures used & the sysmic effects & how far they were felt.

I imagine that these would be available from the USA where Hydrolic fracturing is common place but most likely done in a vast expanse of space that is not residential.

I found it interesting & more balanced with some explanation as to the different types of oil production & the processes used & a definite different tone.

My comments at the bottom asked that they went further to explain the natural fracturing in the Weald & the lack of need for fracking as a result.

My opinion is that if people had more good information & understanding of the facts the extremist's peddling there rubbish would not get the publicity that they get as you say UKOG do not frack.

As such the moratorium will not affect there conventional oil extraction.

The general public are also not stupid & understand the need for oil & gas & I think that the benifits of home grown oil to the environment & the economy need to be brought home.

The other point I raised is the oil production & processes that have been successfully used in the South East of England at Wyhch Farm since 1973 without incident.

I understand that Whych Farm at it’s peak produced around 112,000 BOPD & has not been detrimental to the area, property values the landscape or the surrounding beaches.

I am unfortunately unable to hazard a realistic guess as the the economic or employment benifits that Whych farm has brought to the area or the national economy.

I have further posted a link that was previously posted here showing that earthquakes are a natural fanominum which are much more prominent in other areas of the UK where there is no oil & gas exploration or production.

I live in Shropshire & they are nothing new here we have had 3 in the last 50 day of 1.4 / 1.6 & 2.4 there is no oil & gas exploration or production in the county & hardly make the news.

The more support the better as we have seen from the HH planning application.

Onwards & upwards. We seem to be going through a series of battles but I'm sure we will win.

Staying patient & getting HH2z producing will help UKOG greatly.

I am not sure what has caused the change of plans but the one issue that could be holding the FDP, the infustucture development & HH3,4,5,6 up is the much claimed legal challenge to the Horse Hill planning permission.

The point being would any company even with the cash to push this forward if it was going to be the subject of a judicial review.

UKog will also need it's environmental permits which are currently under public consultation until 25 November. So why don't you all go to the EA website & write your submissions of support for HH & UKOG.
